    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage assigned tasks related to regulatory environment in the TVET landscape. To manage and ensure accreditation and compliance across TVET brands.
    • Management of the accreditation status with quality councils and the registration with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and for all TVET brands.
    • Management of the site’s compliance in alignment to the various accreditation requirements
    • Ensuring effective management of projects pertaining to outcomes received from regulator

    Qualifications
    Educational Requirements:

    • Master’s degree
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Quality/Compliance in education
    • Management experience would be beneficial
    • High level of competency in MS office

    Student Recruitment /Sales Manager

    Job Description
    Currently recruiting and sourcing for a Sales Manager/Student Recruitment Manager vacancy based in Braamfontein, Johannesburg to effectively coach, supervise and coordinate the daily sales activities of the sales team to achieve and exceed set sales targets. 

     Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

    • Monitor and motivate direct reports in order to reach agreed sales budgets
    • Deliver excellent customer service
    • Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration
    • Display and apply extensive product knowledge
    • Display accurate and efficient use of ICAS and CRM Systems
    • Lead the student recruitment team in building, nurturing and maintain effective relationships with High Schools to support the recruitment of qualified students onto the foundation programs, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the campus.
    • Conduct yourself as a lead persuasive ambassador for the programs in South Africa
    • Lead your team in providing program information to students and parents, follow up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails
    • Identifying and supporting developing potential business partners and grows existing client relationships
    • Assisting students through the full application circle, from initial conversation through to completing the application forms, vetting, fees collection and enrolment
    • Assist student/account payer to complete the information required on the financial section of the enrolment form and obtain signature. Where students opted for terms, the form will be completed after credit assessment and vetting.
    • Register students on SIS and send documents electronically to finance
    • Create student accounts
    • Compile reports for GM and financial manager of daily fees receipt collection
    • Send monthly fee payment statements to students with assistance of IT
    • Take lead on developing leadership on needed support in delivery wider recruitment and outreach activities, representing university to potential students, parents, Heads of Schools, teachers and school counsellors
    • Work closely with Marketing Manager, GM and academic team to develop and maintain accurate and persusasive course information and communication content for prospective students
    • Leading in dealing with new enquiries effectively and covert the enquiry to a visit to the campus by facilitating the application process in a straightforward and efficient way to convert applications to enrolment
    • Ensure prospective students certificates have been verified and essential student recruitment procedures have been carried out prior to enrolment

    Qualifications
    Educational Requirements of the Sales Manager:

    • Grade 12
    • Relevant qualification/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing an advantage
    • Minimum of 3- 5 years working experience in a similar role
    • Computer and MS Office proficient
    • Previous experience in managing student recruiters

    Salary: R15 000 - R22 000 per month

    Manager: Academic Programme and Content Development

    Job Description
    Management of the Programme Development unit at Head office. To ensure that new academic programmes, which are of high demand within a specific target market is designed and study guides are developer across all higher education brands.

    Main Purpose of the Job:

    • It is the duty of the manager of the Programme Development unit to manage their team with effective leadership, mentorship and correct development processes for new qualifications and short learning programmes for all higher education brands.
    • The manager will ensure that all project management procedures are followed correctly with proper planning, coordination and control of all production, evaluation and distribution officers and external independent contractors and companies that create content for the brand.
    • Project management of the design and development of all new higher education programmes and or short learning programmes through the group, with working in collaboration with brand staff members.
    • Provide academic support, guidance and leadership to the Programme development unit and management of all programme projects
    • Assist in the recruitment, select, and work in collaboration with subject matter experts and content creation companies as authors, moderators, editors, and curriculum designers for the development of learning materials
    • Integrate principles of teaching and learning to guide the development of highly engaging and effective online modules
    • To ensure that content is created and aligned to the institutional templates and policies and implement strategies to develop appropriate online content for existing (face to face/Contact)
    • Generate feedback from academics on the efficacy and suitability of academic material.
    • Research and benchmarking on existing and new academic programmes
    • Manage the QA process of new programme design and development and coordinate the various stages in the creation of academic material

    Qualifications

    Educational Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years working experience within the field of Tertiary Education
    • Working experience in teaching and learning/academic administration/project management/short learning programmes
    • Experience in programme planning/curriculum design and management of academic contents for higher education institutions
    • Honours Degree of recognize equivalent
    • Experience in assessment of plagiarism
    • Demonstrated experience developing online and hard copy study materials to meet design requirements
    • Project management skills
    • Experience of workflow processes and policies
    • Experience in working with academics in Higher education environment
