    Operations Manager: Commercial (Service Delivery)

    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    • The incumbent will provide general management and guidance for the Commercial business in all verticals. The role encompasses responsibility for service delivery, Contract management with Service Level Agreements, relationship management on key clients and the rest of the Commercial customer base.

    The incumbent is specifically tasked to achieve:

    • Revenue Targets
    • Cost Management for the Services Business Unit
    • Service Delivery KPI
    • Service Level Agreement and Penalties
    • In addition, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in sales and technical efficiency and effectiveness in managing the Commercial business. The execution of strategy is critical to this role.

    Main duties & Responsibilities:

    • Achieve targets as per Budget
    • Regional and National P&L Responsibility over Business Verticals
    • Achieve targeted growth
    • Achieving targeted OI contribution
    • Implementation of strategy
    • Critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships
    • Staff, Training and Building of Strong Teams to support according to Service Level Agreements
    • Minimise cost on Travelling and related costs while maintaining Service Level Agreements
    • Matrix role-player – in conjunction with all role players
    • Drives efficiency and effectiveness by managing Commercial Services Team:
    • Of technical teams
    • Technical Coordinators and administration
    • Stock management
    • Asset Management where required
    • Play an active role in escalated customer complaint resolution

    Minimum qualifications and experience:

    • University (Degree) – minimum requirement.
    • Technical Experience with Security Technology
    • 5 years functional + 5 years managerial
    • Solid Operational and Team development skills
    • Solid Business development experience
    • Results oriented with demonstrated performance in keeping and delivering commitments.
    • Strong customer focus
    • Effective oral and written communicator
    • Proven high level comprehension of business processes, business finance
    • Strong business and financial acumen through demonstrated knowledge and ability to display the linkage between inputs and desired business results.

    CIT Driver

    • The above position is vacant at our Kuruman Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to transport Crewman and Custodians to collect and deliver clients’ money and provide proof of delivery and collection.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Clear criminal record
    • PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification
    • Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate
    • Firearm competency – with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualification
    • Valid drivers license - code C1 (minimum) and a valid PDP
    • At least 2 years’ experience in security industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Physically fit

    Operations Admin Assistant

    Overview: 

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Admin Support Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Group CEO and gain valuable experience in executive-level support. The successful incumbent must have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. 

    Key responsibilities: 

    • Provide administrative support to the group, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. 
    • Maintain and update operational documents, policies, and procedures. 
    • Coordinate and facilitate all operational activities and projects. 
    • Handle and route incoming calls and emails related to operations. 
    • Assist with inventory management and procurement tasks. 
    • Maintain data entry and accurate records on systems. 
    • Handle general office tasks, ordering supplies and managing office equipment. 
    • Typing of weekly and monthly reports and as per management request. 
    • Assisting and resolving branch, client queries. 
    • Support to Executive Assistance. 
    • Assist with all invoices, reconciliations and quotes request.  
    • Issuing of PO and Capex's 
    • Ensure all order requests get necessary approvals and authorizations by the relevant Executives. 
    • Processing and forwarding documentation to finance department for payment. 
    • Assist with all filling.  
    • Professional typing of all operational correspondence. 
    • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to Group CEO. 
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. 
    • Help coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences. 
    • Assist with budget management and expense tracking. 
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Assistant. 
    • Handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
    • Proven experience in a similar administrative role supporting top-level executives 
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities 
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision 
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
