    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Description

    • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Pnet etc.);
    • Effectively leverage off resources using a variety of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Pnet, Direct Hire etc.) to source candidate profiles to create recruitment leads and build talent pools;
    • Screen CV’s and applications and update candidates on hiring processes;
    • Conduct the full recruitment process, from sourcing and pre-screening to interviews and background checks, ensuring candidates align with job requirements and organizational culture;
    • Ensure that interviews are scheduled and well coordinated by the Talent Acquisition Administrator;
    • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process;
    • Support the TA Manager with the execution of recruitment strategies;
    • Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with labour laws and company policies;
    • Provide administrative support to the TA team when necessary, including managing correspondence, updating administrative information, and handling confidential information with discretion;
    • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies;
    • Build a talent pool for existing vacancies through headhunting, networking, etc;
    • Facilitate offers and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience;
    • Inform candidates regarding psychometric and/or simulator assessments where applicable;
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide fit for purpose recruitment solutions;
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare interview questions and materials;
    • Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidates for them to interview.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Advantageous);
    • 3–5 years recruitment experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (preferably internal recruitment processes) (Essential);
    • Proven experience working on multiple vacancies with tight deadlines (Essential);
    • Exposure to Application Tracking Systems (Advantageous);
    • Knowledge and understanding of HRM practices and procedures (Advantageous);
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation (BCEA, EEA, SDA, Codes of Good Practices) (Advantageous);
    • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge (Essential);

    Flight Follower

    Description

    • Responsible for real-time tracking of aircraft movements to ensure flights are operating safely and on schedule;
    • Updating flight movements on operational software;
    • Maintain detailed records of flight delays, incidents and communication for internal reporting;
    • Monitor weather conditions along flight routes and at destination airports;
    • Provide Flight Crew with updates and advise on any potential weather-related hazards;
    • Notify the relevant stakeholders of any diversion or irregular routing;
    • Maintain communication with Flight deck crew inflight as and when required;
    • Responsible for the driver schedule management;
    • Assist the Flight Operations office when required;
    • Communicate estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the relevant parties; 
    • Capture of flight movements on operational software; 
    • Capture all essential data to and from the schedule management system.

    Requirements

    Line Warehouse Controller

    Description

    • Responsible for spares movements between the relevant base and other stations;
    • Ensure that all data is promptly entered into the stock management system (ERP) to maintain accurate information at all times;
    • To comply with Work Instructions, ensure parts are sorted into their designated areas immediately upon receipt;
    • Conduct weekly cycle counts as well as other random counts to ensure stock accuracy is maintained;
    • Keep accurate records and file all relevant documentation pertaining to spare parts movements;
    • Create documentation for shipping purposes (COMAT) as well as packaging as per general practise or as required by Work Instructions;
    • Responsible for tools and other equipment in the station;
    • Responsible to manage shelf-life items for tools, consumables and rotables as prescribed by Work Instructions;
    • Responsible for loading of required spares on the requisition system;
    • Update the ERP system once spares are received to improve visibility throughout our ERP system;
    • Daily housekeeping must be performed, and a high standard maintained;
    • Ensure unserviceable spares are routed to JHB to minimise turnaround time and decrease repair cycle;
    • Manage stock levels for both consumables and rotables;
    • Address all requests for spares received through the requisition system, email, phone calls, or WhatsApp;
    • Carry out general warehouse duties as requested by the Supervisor;
    • Ensure that access to the warehouse is controlled at all times;
    • Daily reporting will be conducted after each shift, with ad-hoc reporting as needed;
    • Assist with loading and offloading of spares on the aircrafts;
    • Assist with all queries on spares in the station;
    • Following up on quarantine spares.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
    • Forklift license (Advantageous);
    • C1/B License (Essential);
    • Minimum of 2-3 years in Warehouse (Essential);
    • Must have a valid driver's license (EB) (Advantageous);
    • Must be willing to work shifts (Essential);

    • Must have Tool knowledge Good understanding of operations;

    Lead Business Optimisation Engineer

    Description

    • Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional business optimisation initiatives from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation;
    • Guide project scoping, problem definition, data analysis, solution design, and implementation planning;
