REQUIREMENTS :

• An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration / Management at NQF level 7 or related fields including Commerce / Public Policy / Regional, Urban Planning / Development Studies recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience at middle / senior managerial level within the related field.
• Successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG) must be submitted prior to appointment.
• Furthermore, all shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments.
