    Senior OMCC Consultant

    This role focuses on managing (through own effort or through a team) a portfolio of complex and/or large existing clients by providing contracted employee benefit consulting, investment consulting, and other services. The role requires the incumbent to develop, implement and monitor the strategy for clients and to ensure alignment to the overall OMCC consulting strategy. The role should ensure retention of existing business and optimal growth of client accounts. The role focuses on strengthening OM Corporates position in the market through an advice led approach.

    • Ensures strong relationship with trustees/management committees and clients so as to reduce business risk, ensure retention and identify opportunities for new business.
    • Manages and delivers consulting and advise services according to contracted service levels.
    • Provides general, secretarial, benefit, actuarial, communication, investment consulting, risk benefit and legal consulting services to existing clients.
    • Responsible for retention and growth of business against targets.
    • Markets new and enhanced products and services to clients.
    • Manages the launch of new clients and exit of discontinued funds.
    • Provides input to OM Corporate so as to enable product and services to be enhanced and developed.
    • Resolves top-level problems where OMCC Consultant needs assistance and support.
    • Intervenes in and resolves conflict situations.
    • Develops, leads and manages OMCC Consultant and Associate consultant
    • Meets overall OMCC objectives by supporting team members (Principal Consultants, Consultants and Associate Consultants)
    • Manages the expense and income budgets.

    OMF Service Center Consultant-6

    This role delivers client services by making outbound calls to existing OM Money Account clients in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

    Telephony

    • Maintain professional telephonic interaction and management with OMF clients.
    • Performance will be tracked against Money Account metrics with the aim of getting customers to increase usage and retain customers.
    • Support overall lifecycle goals. Cross-sell and upselling of OMF products.
    • Finalise service calls, with all relevant notes captured, where possible to reduce or eliminate after call handling/idle time.
    • Attempt to resolve more complex queries and aim for first call resolution, but may escalate when necessary.
    • Continuously staying abreast of all digital campaigns. Ensuring that functionality is understood and expressed to the customer effectively.
    • Engagement with customers to be in line with OMF compliance and regulations.

    OMF Scorecard Developer

    The role is individually accountable for designing, producing, analysing and documenting a range of predictive and credit models across the entire credit life cycle

    Key Result Areas

    • Responsible for complex credit and scorecard modelling, analysis and commentary.
    • Designs, constructs and documents credit models across the organisation and credit life cycle.
    • Continuously researches and assesses new processes for model development and enhancement.
    • Prepares monthly credit and model validation reports in line with approved policy.
    • Engages with external service providers to ensure appropriate levels of best practice benchmarking and model review.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree with Stats/Math/Applied Maths/Financial Risk Management/Data Science/Engineering or related disciplines
    • R and Python proficiency is beneficial
