Duties will include (but are not limited to)

• Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Conduct internal hand-over and closure meetings of completed projects
• Work with the Professional Services team in implementing and installing infrastructure upgrades / refreshes
• Provide project implementation support onsite and/or via remote access
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Manage project communication with the client and all relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk identification and control to minimise project risks
• Collaborate with fellow Team Members to improve implementation and configuration of Professional Service processes
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Log and resolve support cases on the service desk within the severities when escalated
• Timeously attend to pre-sales requests when required, ensuring it is completed in a professional manner
• Maintaining Customer infrastructure
• Perform client visits when required
• From time to time you will be required to work after hours/during weekends during the phase of projects when customers cannot have downtime during the day
• Perform high-level administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives
• Implement, troubleshoot, analyze and maintain the IT Infrastructure of internal and external customer environments

Education and Experience

• Microsoft Certifications (MCSE)
• O365 & Exchange Experience
• VMware
• Firewalls (Fortigate, Juniper)
• Azure Admin & Azure Architect experience (advantageous)
• MS Teams\AudioCodes implementations
• Veeam Experience
• MSP backup solutions
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a similar field

Duties

• Plan and manage sales portfolio according to market development strategy
• Develop new customers through honest propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
• Integrate personal sales efforts with organised marketing activities
• Hand over account/client information efficiently and accurately, as per the company lifecycle
• Travel and attend meetings with relevant stakeholders, as and when required
• Prepare relevant and professional presentations for prospects, as per Company standards and aligning them with the values of the Company
• Be open to change and work closely with marketing and sales teams on new company offerings
• Assist in managing existing contracts and provide empathetic and truthful recommendations by analysing existing clients’ needs on a monthly basis, or as regularly required
• Negotiate with all stakeholders to provide the best solution for each prospect and client, ensuring expectations are exceeded with optimal customer satisfaction and contributing to achieving business objectives

Essential

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle and willing to travel 50% of your day
