    Senior Manager: Marketing and Communications

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop an Operational plan aligned with the Marketing & Communications Divisional Strategy and CETA Mandate
    • Ensure that all functions in the Unit are aligned with the developed operational plan.
    • Ensure that all staff are aware of the operational plan.
    • Develop set performance measurement mechanisms and ensure the implementation of these through the operational plan.
    • Develop policy and procedure documents as and when required.
    • Review current policies and procedures and make suggestions for changes.
    • Monitor progress to ensure successful implementation of plans and achievement of targets.
    • Produce relevant information reports according to requirements and timelines

    Chamber Manager

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Develop an Operational Plan for the Chamber Unit in collaboration with the Senior Manager: Stakeholder Relations & Chambers.
    • Provide team with clear performance standards, job profiles and development plans.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop a clear understanding of the CETA’s mandate and strategy and provide input based on a review of Operations related issues, trends and best practices in the market.
    • Obtain strategic direction from the CEO, to support the formulation of the Operations strategy, plan and budget.
    • Involved in Executive discussions and give input to the design and development of the long-term vision for the CETA.
    • Engage in continuous environmental scanning and trend analysis which may directly, indirectly and/or potentially impact on the CETA.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Roles and Responsibility:

    • Lead the development, management and execution of the approved CETA’s overall strategy and lead the conceptualization of the overall strategy, policy and decision-making direction of the organisation to ensure the successful execution of the CETA mandate.
