    Solution Architect

    What you’ll do:

    • Architectural Design: Develop and document high-level architecture designs and detailed technical specifications for new HRIS system, including multiple integrations across various business units.
    • Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
    • Support in the selection and implementation of a group-wide HRIS platform, including the transition and decommissioning of existing systems across the group
    • Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new HRIS solution from conception through deployment, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure successful implementation.
    • Problem Solving: Identify potential technical issues and develop strategies to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
    • Vendor Management: Work closely with implementation partner for HRIS solution, to ensure high standards of code quality and system performance.

    • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practices.
    • Feasibility: Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations

    Your expertise:

    • Experience: 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a related
    • Field, particularly in migrating multiple
    • Must have previous experience in the implementation of HR platforms, with a strong understanding of their intricacies and overall ecosystem
    • Strong knowledge of data translation (internal schema’s) into or out of existing/new HRIS/ HR systems and integration patterns
    • Understanding data protection & employee sensitive data – encryption, etc
    • Industry experience in financial services preferred
    • Experience with cloud platforms. (e.g., AWS, Azure)

    Key Accounts Manager

    What you’ll do:

    • Ensuring sales department conducts sales to existing and new clients
    • Providing accurate and on time forecast (pipeline).
    • Manage his/her time and diary and time allocation to achieve budget and manage clients.
    • Building and maintaining key customer relationships
    • Concluding partnership agreements with the client
    • Concluding outstanding service level agreements with the client 
    • Establishing strategic client meetings
    • Budgeting with the intent of achieving additional revenues from the existing client base

    • Experience in Bureau /Financial Services / Software Sales/Credit Industry advantageous

    Organisational Change Manager

    What you’ll do:

    Change Management Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for project
    • Assess the organisational readiness for change and recommend strategies to address gaps.
    • Implement frameworks that are appropriate to CVC’s level of project execution change management capability.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Identify and analyse stakeholders affected by the project and develop tailored engagement plans.
    • Create and facilitate an awareness of the objectives of change management in a project delivery context, and ensure it is proactively initiated at the optimum time during the project initiation phase.
    • Closely collaborate with the project sponsor and business owners, helping them understand their roles in driving and supporting change.
    • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to capture stakeholder feedback and address concerns.
    • Demonstrate sensitivity to the impacts of Change Management on areas unfamiliar with Change methodologies.
    • Ensure all key role-players formally accept the change management plan and timelines, as well as their accountable actions within the plan.

    Process Optimisation:

    • Where needed, represent stakeholders’ best interests in the evaluation and design of new business processes to ensure they are usable and considered empathetically

    Communication:

    • Create and deliver clear, targeted, and impactful project communication plans to inform stakeholders and maintain alignment.
    • Develop key communication materials to support change initiatives.
    • Monitor communication effectiveness and operate as a quality control gate for communications across the projects.

    Training & Development:

    • Conduct training needs analyses to identify operational process changes and identify gaps - related to the project change.
    • Design, deliver, or coordinate training programs to ensure stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge.
    • Develop user guides, quick reference materials, and e-learning resources.

    Change Impact Assessment:

    • Conduct change impact analyses to understand how project changes affect people, processes, and technology.
    • Define success metrics and develop mechanisms to measure the impact of change.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

    Change Adoption & Sustainability:

    • Support project teams in transitioning stakeholders to new processes, systems, or tools.
    • Identify and mitigate resistance to change through proactive interventions.

    Your expertise:

    Essential:

    • 10+ years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on project-driven change.
    • Experience working in organisations similar to CVC and it’s culture, such as financial, legal, senior professional services or alternative asset management organisations
    • Experience with change management methodologies and current industry best practice
    • Demonstrated ability to lead change efforts in complex and matrixed organisations.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with supporting enterprise-wide technology transformation projects.

    Preferred:

    • Relevant qualifications
    • Familiarity with Enterprise Portfolio Management Tools and systems.

    Senior Technical Project Manager

    What you will do:

    • Project Manage New Service Commercialisation within the Frameworks and processes to operationalise new services.
    • Lead new services transition activities when an opportunity translates into business with end-to-end accountability, ensuring quality and consistent service delivery
    • On being awarded the solution, mobilise the transition and project management team for the Due Diligence and deployment of the service
    • Drive contract sign-off and partake in handover and sign-off of the service.
    • Audit and understand the services that will be delivered out of the Infrastructure Services infrastructure.
    • Engage with iOCO Infrastructure Services and tech pre-sales from internal BU or other divisions (if required) to deliver on the client's business requirements.

    • Experience in client and engagement management in an ICT System Integrator or Service Provider capacity
    • Well-versed in service contracting processes
    • A senior person with a solid technical background in Infrastructure and networking

    Junior Server Engineer

    Your Expertise:

    • Ensure all systems are online, accessible, and operating under the correct load parameters defined by the client and operational team.
    • Complete and distribute the Daily Check report across all supported environments.
    • Ensure all escalations are actioned and production is returned to a normal state within the SLA time frame.
    • Strong problem-solving skills will be required to take the lead in a situation where there is a major outage
    • Limit the number of recurring / reopened calls to ensure that the user is satisfied with the service provision.

    • Assist in planning new deployments of hyper-visor systems in a client’s environment by ensuring the correct specifications and recommendations for the solution is provided
    • Audit a client environment to ensure that it continuously meets standards and best practices
    • Planning and deploying MS Active directory with MS exchange and upgrading from previous versions as well as Office 365 mail configurations will be advantageous
    • Experience with managing HP/Dell/EMC storage
    • Management and administration of Mimecast

    Senior Technical Consultant - Network and Systems

    What you’ll do:

    • Excellent customer satisfaction, interaction and engagement
    • Ability to engage at management and executive level
    • Understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols
    • OSPF, QoS and Multicast configuration and troubleshooting and understanding BGP
    • Layer 2 networking, including STP, VLANs, port channel/Ether channel technology, etc.
