    Key Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, promote, support and manage the execution of programs and initiatives focussed on achieving and accelerating sales growth in South Africa.
    • Deliver sales, gross margin, and cash PL commitments (Product and Customer portfolio’s)
    • Manage own time and resources of others efficiently and effectively, across a spectrum of portfolio customers who represent the best opportunity.
    • Develop and execute quarterly sales account plans for each customer within portfolio in conjunction with internal resources to ensure a consistent approach and focused resource to deliver the best possible growth.
    • Conduct internal and external research to identify customer's requirements and opportunities to develop future activity plans.
    • Ownership for the creation and delivery of portfolio activity plans which are deployed through a matrix sales organisation.
    • To develop strategic supplier relationships to support the SA sales strategy
    • To work in conjunction with the SA marketing team to aid in shaping and directing marketing communication.
    • Translate customer needs to solutions by applying a consultative selling techniques.
    • Setting up of annual sales and margin forecast in conjunction with management and a sound ability to understand and apply data relating to their function.
    • Effective, accurate, complete and timeous maintenance of sales related customer visits and information with the responsibility for customer data integrity and protecting data confidentiality.
    • Completion of other tasks and activities as required by management.

    Key Performance Measurements

    • Achieve Gross Profit growth and Sales target achievement for Portfolio and Sales District accounts.
    • Achievement of e-commerce share within portfolio.
    • Achievement of cost budgets
    • Effective monitoring and control of negotiated discounts.
    • Up to date administration (including but not limited to CRM, CIM) and meet reporting deadlines.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Marketing, Gauteng JHB - Eastern Suburbs

    The primary purpose of this position is to implement marketing activities and campaigns across through the line communications, direct mail, digital media, PPC and e-commerce platforms. This position requires web administration support which includes localising and updating marketing campaigns and various tasks across digital and e-commerce platforms.

    Education and Qualification Requirements

    • Minimum 3 year marketing/digital or related degree or diploma or 5 years relevant experience preferably in an e-commerce/online environment.
    • Excellent MS Excel Skills

     Skills/Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years successful marketing experience ideally gained within a business-to-business customer or agency (Advertising, e-Commerce or Direct Marketing) environment.
    • Excellent professional communication skills; face-to-face, written and telephonically
    • Proven experience with Google AdWords, SEO and SEM
    • Experience on CMS/ Bulk Mail/CRM Systems
    • Beneficial to have proficiency with HTML/CSS/PHP/JavaScript/MySQL
    • Ability to clearly evaluate briefs/requests and provide feedback with regards to delivery and or a request for additional information.
    • Natural inquisitiveness to look at innovative and different ways of growing business in a professional manner whilst in keeping with the business model.

     Key Performance Areas

    • E-commerce/Digital responsibilities which include:
    • Receiving, analysing and implementing online and offline marketing campaign briefs according to global brand guidelines
    • Assisting in the delivery of PPC and SEM tasks ensuring product benefits and customer led messaging at all times
    • Co-ordinating monthly homepage and campaign updates
    • Monitoring and maintaining the website
    • Writing, editing and proofreading copy across various assets
    • Simultaneously coordinating a variety of through the line campaign elements
    • Direct Marketing
    • Conceptualisation, approval and implementation of content for direct marketing emails
    • Target audience data selection
    • Distribution and reporting of direct mailers
    • Supplier Campaigns
    • Ability to liaise with the relevant stakeholders to conceptualise and develop campaigns for specific products/product lines or ranges
    • Develop a project plan and execute on deliverables
    • Ability to source and localise assets from the Global Marketing team and key suppliers
    • Measurement and reporting responsibilities include:
    • Regular feedback to stakeholders regarding the status/progress of projects/initiatives
    • Monitor and report on success/failure of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements to future campaigns
    • Timely generation of monthly/quarterly reports
    • General duties which include:
    • Continuous website monitoring and testing of new releases
    • Ensure all Marketing Policies and Procedures are followed
    • Undertaking required administration and clerical duties to ensure departmental efficiency and effectiveness

    Power Generation Electrician and Diesel Mechanic

    Power Generation Electrician and Diesel Mechanic

    Engineering & Technical, Western Cape CPT - CBD

    Negotiable - Hourly

    • Power Generation Electrician and Diesel Mechanic: Contractor position available
    • Require 2 x electricians and 3 x diesel mechanics. The mechanics & electricians should have generator experience and preferably on Cummins engines. This project is based outside Ceres and would prefer the technicians come from Cape Town, or at least, be able to get themselves to Cape Town.
    •  Accommodation for the duration of the project in Ceres(closest town to site) and transport from Cape Town to Ceres and back as well as transport to and from accommodation and site and back.

    10 Week assignment

    This project will involve installation and commissioning as well operating and maintaining a Diesel Generator Power Plant and Load testing of Wind Turbines. The technician responsibilities will be to assist with the installation and commissioning phase, decommissioning phase and the operational phase, maintaining and troubleshooting on equipment respectively, where necessary.
