    Contracts Commercial Co-Ordinator (FTC)

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services
    • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotation
    • Ensure that all orders are processed timeously
    • Monitor the execution of work and implement corrective measures on deviations
    • Manage all incoming requests and complaints on daily basis, and provide timeous feedback in ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Dispatch requests to technical staff and pertinent service providers and follow-up on action items
    • Conduct monthly verification of WIP and report on variances
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports on SLAs and backlog
    • Planning for placement of employees, contractors and efficient utilization of materials and tools
    • Ensure that tasks are conducted efficiently and optimum use of tools and equipment
    • Building good Internal and External customer relationships
    • Undertake other related duties and assignments as assigned from time to time

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • 2yrs relevant experience in maintenance planning, project management and knowledge of financial management principles

    Technical Assistant (FTC)

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client & Company requirements.
    • Conduct investigations, evaluation & restorations on identified equipment malfunction.
    • Carry out minor repairs & service on all electrical equipment & appliances as per SLA.
    • Perform inspection of facility & repairs on all building infrastructure.
    • Carry out inspections & report back on all.
    • Assist the Artisan with major repairs and services.
    • Provide constant feedback to the Line Manager, Technical staff & CCC on restoration status of operations.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

    • N4 Technical (Electrical/Mechanical)
    • Grade 12 (Technical Matric advantageous)
    • Valid SA Drivers License
    • Practical exposure in basic tasks of electricity building infrastructure, including carpentry, plumbing, Painting.
    • Minimum 1 year working experience.

    Senior Handyman - General Building Maintenance (FTC)

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued and retrieved from Archibus, as per Client and Company requirements
    • Conduct investigations, evaluation and restorations on identified equipment malfunction
    • Carry out minor repairs and service on all electricalequipment and appliances as per SLA
    • Perform office movement related tasks, including but not limited to, installation of furniture; shop fitting, repair doors, locks, handles, windows; replace ceiling and carpet tiles; general paint work
    • Carry out minor repairs and service on all plumbing related equipment as per SLA
    • Perform tier 1 inspections and repairs on all air-con related equipment
    • Carry out inspections and report back on all fire & access equipment; fire-extinguishers, hose reels, fire-hydrants, fire-detectors & access control equipment
    • Assist the Artisan with major repairs and services
    • Provide constant feedback to the Facilities Manager/Service Manager/Building Manager /Resource Co-ordinator on restoration status of operations
    • Update the calls in the Archibus CAFM system and close calls within SLA
    • Oversee and manage daily tasks of cleaners, recyclers and hygiene staff
    • Undertake all monthly PPM checklist and update CAFM system

    Artisan HVAC (FTC)

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Implement equipment service specifications in accordance with Client and Company requirements
    • Install & commission air-conditioning and water reticulation equipment in accordance to specification
    • Conduct maintenance on air-conditioning & water reticulation equipment as per schedule, preventative or emergency fault rectification
    • Perform inspection of facility, air-conditioning equipment on site, identify areas of risk and report back for rectification

    • 5 years’ post trade experience as an artisan

    • 5yrs relevant experience in air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation equipment maintenance field & digital control systems, min 5yr experience in Trade
    • Maintenance of air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation equipment & water reticulation systems

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    Artisan Electrical (FTC)

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    Helpdesk Operator (FTC)

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Must be clear and audible on telephone and hand held radio mediums. Well spoken.
    • Must have a high level of e-mail etiquette and understand the professionalism of a draft or response of an e-mail.
    • Issuing and managing of logged jobs from helpdesk to the supplier, technicians and maintenance personnel.
    • Interact with the customer both on receiving the request and informing the requestor of the jobs status.
    • Follow up on calls logged - Depending on the SLA they are logged in. These calls are split into warning calls and breached calls of which the aim is to follow up on the warning before it moves into a breached stage.
    • Update the Cherwell system with updated feedback and updating priorities where absolutely necessary with a valid reason captured on the system (Journal)
    • Maintain open communication channels with Maintenance Managers, Helpdesk Supervisor, Suppliers, client & Maintenance team overall.
    • Follow outlined processes regarding quality assurance and overall telephone etiquette.
    • Filing of all site operational documents (Work orders/ Job cards)
    • Understand and respond to questions from all emails and callers.
    • Must become familiar with respective software and log calls according to the instruction provided via telephone, radio and e-mail. Must log calls clearly and correctly.
    • Must be willing to work shifts.
    • Must be willing to be on standby in case of emergencies, working extra shifts at the discretion of the manager or if the operation requires it.
    • Ability to work without direct supervision.
    • Take ownership and responsibility of an issue from start through to a successful resolution.
    • To ensure that relevant and respective reports are sent out in a timeous fashion and within deadlines.
