We are looking for a Kitchen Manager at our luxury retirement village within Somerset West, Heritage Manor. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions of the kitchen, food wastage system, complete food ordering system, and stock management.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Stock and Kitchen Management:
- Ensure that all related Standards Operational Procedures are implemented and managed in the kitchen
- Responsible to ensure that all stock management (food and crockery) is performed correctly and as per procedure
