    Head: ER and Compliance

    Requirements

    • B. Com Human Resources Management (Essential)
    • Accreditation
    • Registration Membership
    • Certificate Industrial Relations (Essential)
    • Certificate First Line Management Essential)
    • 5 Years’ experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations field

    KPA’s

    • Implement an effective Business Unit Employee Relation and Compliance strategy, philosophy, policy and principles to ensure effective Employee Relation practices and legislative adherence aligned with Group strategy
    • Develop and execute ER objectives and plan to ensure an effective ER climate supporting the business plan and achievement of business goals and objectives
    • Develop strategies that will address tendencies/problem areas and give advice on preventative measures to line management and HR
    • Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legislative requirements (Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COID), Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), Skills Development Act (SDA), Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA), Broad Based Black Employment Equity (BBBEE) and Mining Charter)
    • Identify best practices across the system and ensure that successful programs are shared across the company
    • Audit and evaluate all disciplinary and grievance cases for correctness and advice on identified mistakes to prevent reoccurrence

    Engineer: Process Engineer

    Requirements

    • Preferably a BSc Eng or B Eng degree.
    • 5-10 years’ minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • MDP qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically Hot rolling and Pyro metallurgy will be an advantage.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance systems and control.
    • General project management skills, energetic and ability to lead projects

    KPAs

    • Develops and maintain process parameters to meet product characteristics based on customer or specification requirements.
    • Setting up process parameters for new products to be manufactured
    • Monitor and optimise the product and process for quality, yield, cost and throughput optimisation.
    • Training of EITs for the business.

    Manager: Investigations PAA Implementation and Support

    Requirements

    • Must have a CA (SA), RGA, legal, forensic, Auditing or Accounting degree
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in forensic investigation of which 2 years must be at a manager level.
    • ACFE/ICPF or postgraduate diploma in forensic accounting will be an added advantage

    KPAs

    • Technical support during the audit process when a Material Irregulatory is identified
    • Monitor projects
    • Prepare submissions to the MI Committee
    • Follow up on recommendations included in the audit reports and updating the CMS
    • Assist in preparing documents for liaison with the various public bodies
    • Pro-actively identify additional key risks relating to maladministration/irregularities at auditees

    Assistant Manager: Investigations

    Requirements

    • Must have a CA (SA) or RGA
    • 3 years' work experience of which 18 months should be in a forensic investigation environment
    • Public sector exposure/investigation and fraud risk management expertise will be an added advantage
    • ACFE/ICPF or postgraduate diploma in forensic accounting will be an added advantage

    KPAs

    • Support high profile, complex and challenging audits
    • Plan and execute ISA 240 fraud risk assessments
    • Conduct information gathering interviews with auditees
    • Manage optimal recoverability
    • Adhere to internal control processes
