    Reporting & Administration Manager | Group IT (all genders)

    Tasks

    • Manage team of IT Reporting and Administration Specialists providing guidance & support
    • Ensure tools are in place to deliver IT reporting & data analysis insights to the organisation
    • Drive regular & scheduled delivery of all agreed IT operational & project related reports
    • Maintain & monitor the contracts and license renewal schedule
    • Lead RFP process for Group IT suppliers including documents, Board Papers, and Contract coordination
    • Steer the Group IT procurement process, including alignment of requirements & adherence to compliance with Group IT departments
    • Develop and implement financial management processes for IT projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
    • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement
    • Maintain and drive compliance to internal IT processes and upgrade schedules across Group IT

    Requirements

    • University degree in relevant field or other tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant working experience
    • 2-3 years proven experience in financial administration, contract management & procurement processes, business intelligence, or related roles with leadership & managerial responsibilities
    • Knowledge of financial management principles and processes
    • Familiarity with business processes and IT systems and infrastructure within the contact centre environment
    • Very high proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) 
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of tasks delivered
    • Strong Customer Service orientation
    • Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of IT Reporting and Administration Specialists
    • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen

    IT Team Lead

    Tasks

    Keeping the fault/request queue below the set maximum target and be a role model and set an example for Lufthansa InTouch’s desired standards of conduct, leadership, integrity and professionalism at all times.

    Plan and implement moves, adds, changes and deletions to support the IT infrastructure in Cape Town

    Responsible and maintains information’s of purchases for the assets registry

    Implements network security at levels set by corporate standards

    • Manage IT suppliers and SLA
    • Any other duties consistent with the position of IT Team Leader

    User and Systems Support Team Leader

    Tasks

    The User and Systems Support Team Leader is responsible for leading the Global IT Support team to support the InTouch community efficiently and effectively. 

    • Managers all activities within the Global IT Service Desk department.
    • Managment of process documents.
    • Ensuring Service Level Targets and Objectives within the SLA are met with vendors
    • Ensure that the User and Systems Support Standard Operating Procedures are executed and reported on.
    • Incident management support to Head of IT Operations.
    • Change Management in accordance to Lufthansa InTouch’s Change Approval.
    • Conduct Capacity Management tasks across centralised technologies.
    • Maintain Asset register of all cloud and centralized systems and configuration.
    • Manage/Govern configuration across cloud,centralized systems and CommVault backup solution.

    Requirements

    • 3+ Years of working experience in a similar role
    • Relevant IT tertiary qualification highly advantageous
    • Highly developed understanding and experience in supporting Genesys service centre environments (Genesys SIP); 
    • Highly developed understanding and experience in supporting Virtual Desktop environments (Citrix); 
    • Highly developed understanding and experience in supporting Security environments (RSA, Active Directory, VPN)
    • Well-developed understanding of project management methodologies.
    • Well-developed knowledge of ICT infrastructure planning and development
    • Well-developed knowledge across the service center business
    • Well-developed knowledge of telecommunication (voice and data networks) technology
    • Well-developed understanding of the service delivery model (ITIL)

    Group IT Administration Specialist (all genders)

    Tasks

    • Provide administrative support to Group IT management during the RfP (Request for Proposal) process and contract renewal or implementation phase for IT suppliers

    • Develop and maintain an IT catalogue for license capacity management and contract renewals, as well as Purchase Orders
    • Prepare and provide a regular license requirement forecast according to global staff planning 
    • Develop, maintain, and distribute IT reports with a financial and compliance focus
    • Prepare monthly analysis and presentation summary of major invoices (e.g., voice and data contract) 
    • Administer and distribute all current IT processes and guidelines
    • Process and document adjustments to the LIT Service Portfolio (MACDs) in cooperation with Group IT Business Support, IT Advanced Services and Vendors
    • Assist stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support decision-making

    Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience
    • Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of financial management principles
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
    • Solid working knowledge of procurement & contractual processes, process & document management
    • Knowledge of Service Centre technology such as Genesys, Citrix etc. is advantage
    • General familiarity with IT systems & infrastructure
    • Very high proficiency in English language (both written & verbal) 
    • Proven outstanding ability to summarise large amounts of information into concise reports
    • Excellent numerical & analytical skills to effectively interpret & deliver financial data for tangible recommendations with a high attention to detail
