Job Purpose:
- To facilitate Mining Training programmes to address skills gaps and prove competency in line with business needs /requirements.
Minimum Required Qualification:
- 2 years or more experience as RDO
- Internal: NQF 2 Elementary Certificate (Grade 10 or equivalent)
The Appointee should:
- Internal: NQF 2 Elementary Certificate (Grade 10 or equivalent)
- External: NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Facilitate the provision of level 1- 2 mining interventions to ensure Quality Assurance in line with approved learning material to the improve competency levels within the organisation. Participate in QCTO, SETA and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation requirements to ensure compliance. Ensure adherence and compliance with legal requirements to support organisation's code of conduct, corporate governance and ethics guidelines. Compile Technical Training Learners progress Reports (daily, weekly) Assist with cost saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Stakeholder Relations Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross-functionally. Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders. Sourcing, contracting and negotiating with service providers. Building a values-based organisational culture Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan.
