    Group Payroll and Benefits Manager

    The role

    The Payroll and Benefits Manager is a newly created role at Titan where the successful candidate will own payroll and benefits for the group, associated entities and upcoming acquisitions. They will harmonise the benefits across entities and geographical locations. 

    Job responsibilities

    • Calculate, collate, and submit monthly payrolls across the UK and South Africa.
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting, reconcile differences, and allocate costs appropriately.
    • Perform monthly payroll account reconciliations.
    • Maintain relationships with Payroll vendor and serve as the primary contact for auditors.
    • Recharge salary costs as needed and oversee and approve global Payroll changes.
    • Ensure compliance with specific country payroll regulations, accurate statutory reporting, and timely remittances.
    • Prepare P11D's and year-end payroll reporting (UK).
    • Manage and administer the benefit offering ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
    • Research and analyse new or improved employee benefit plans to enhance the company's offerings and remain competitive in the market.
    • Collaborate with the HR director to develop and implement benefit strategies that support the company's business objectives and integrations.
    • Conduct monthly reporting, benefit processing, and ad-hoc reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain payroll security and confidentiality.
    • To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.
    • Adhere to consumer duty.

    Education and requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities
    • Experience working with UK and SA payroll.
    • Strong Payroll systems experience
    • Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite.
    • AAT qualification (UK) advantageous
    • Ability to balance multiple demanding deadlines.
    • Organised, efficient, self-driven with excellent communication skills.
    • Customer service-focused with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.

    Desktop Support Engineer (M365/Intune)

    The role

    Working as part of the IT infrastructure support team covering SA and UK offices you will act as a cloud support engineer for the Titan group. The role is full-time based in the SA office, as users require in person support 5 days a week. Hybrid may be considered in the future as business needs allow.

    Job responsibilities

    • Offering IT services & support over telephone, email, remote, but mostly face-to-face.
    • As needed to assist the migration team to onboard new companies into the group M365 tenant (through acquisitions). This includes rebranding, like changing UPNs and central signatures.
    • Using ManageEngine SD+ for logging, monitoring and managing tickets.
    • Work closely with users from all global offices to resolve issues, keep users informed and escalate to second/third line where appropriate.
    • Follow industry best practice to proactively maintain the infrastructure to prevent failures/issues and improve performance, availability and resilience.
    • Build and maintain corporate PCs/laptops, keeping adequate spares-levels (inventory).
    • Administration of starters and leavers, getting quotes and placing orders (procurement).
    • Guide and support users in following group IT standards, policies & procedures.
    • Manage/participate in project initiatives (as assigned) to achieve broader IT objectives
    • Contribute to and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
    • Adhere to all FCA regulations including consumer duty.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years’ experience with desktop support using M365/Intune.
    • Excellent English communication skills, comfortable in high engagement environment.
    • Patient with users and ability to build good rapport.
    • Great customer service skills.
    • A+ PC technician / N+, MD100, MD101 certifications are advantageous.
    • Some understanding of networking, routers, firewalls. E.g. able to replace router/AP.
    • Proactive and ability to work with minimal direction.
    • Self-motivated, well organised, skilled in prioritisation and working to SLAs.
    • Excellent methodology in fault-finding.
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 Enterprise, M365 Administration.
    • Endpoint manager, Teams Telephony and Sharepoint.
    • Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management in Azure.
    • Understanding of cyber security frameworks like NIST/CIS advantageous.

    Senior Cloud Specialist (Azure )

    The role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in Azure Cloud, M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, cybersecurity, and project management. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. You will also be responsible for leading and executing tenant-to-tenant migration projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

     

    The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure Cloud services, M365 applications, cybersecurity principles, project management methodologies and be an excellent communicator.

    Job responsibilities

    • Innovate, design, optimise and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure Cloud services.
    • Lead and execute M365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects, ensuring seamless data migration, user provisioning and application integration.
    • Part of the oversight team responsible for groupwide Infrastructure SLAs, policies, procedures, standards, compliance and business continuity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create project plans for infrastructure initiatives.
    • Provide technical guidance and expertise in Azure Cloud, M365 applications, and cybersecurity best practices to internal stakeholders and project teams.
    • Conduct architectural reviews, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security and compliance of cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
    • Perform system performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization activities to ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to cloud infrastructure, tenant-to-tenant migrations, cybersecurity.
    • Manage and coordinate multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting stakeholders' expectations.
    • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and services into the existing infrastructure ecosystem.
    • Document architecture designs, deployment procedures, and configuration guides to ensure effective knowledge transfer and supportability.
    • Sometimes, you may need to provide 2nd and 3rd line support and provide guidance to other team members.
    • Comply with all FCA regulations including Consumer duty.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, PMP) are highly desirable.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Cloud Specialist, focusing on Azure Cloud, M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, cybersecurity and driving projects through to completion.
    • Significant experience of network security products and countermeasure techniques, including firewalls, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), encryption, authentication techniques, server virtualisation, SDN and WAN (SD-WAN).
    • Expert in TCP/IP routing protocols, common network services, including DNS, DHCP, NTP and load-balancing techniques, including VLANs and QoS.
    • Knowledge of IP telephony and Unified Communications; Azure cloud telephony services.
    • In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure AD, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for cloud, endpoint management etc.
    • Strong expertise in M365 applications, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams admin center and OneDrive for Business.
    • Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including identity and access management, data protection, network security, and threat detection.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
    • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, or similar languages is a plus.
    • Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) is an advantage.

    Static Data Admin

    Your role as a Static Data Analyst

    • Update the system with all the daily prices and the verification of these prices.
    • Verify on a daily basis that all systems have been updated through external price feeds and that the data is correct.
    • Check and confirm that portfolio/fund setup updates are accurate and complete.
    • Update Static Data – new instruments, historic data, etc.
    • Keep procedures/checklist up to date for the various data entry we perform.
    • Collect, update, and maintain client static data in our in-house integrated system.
