    Talent Executive

    What you’ll do:

    • Source relevant candidates for each open role
    • Own the end to end recruitment process from screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews.
    • Schedule interviews, share feedback with team members and candidates promptly.
    • Post job advertisements and take prompt actions on each candidate’s CV.
    • Keep track of all open positions through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Carry out relevant reference and background checks.
    • Manage onboarding for new joiners.
    • Manage off-boarding exercises, working closely with team managers to close out all stages quickly and efficiently. 
    • Ensure employee details on ATS and HR employee portal are correct and up to date. 

    What you’ll need:

    • 1-2 years of experience in handling the end to end recruitment process. 
    • Experience recruiting globally, preferably across EMEA
    • Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals 
    • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and job portals
    • Experience with multi-channel sourcing techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Great negotiation skills
    • People Centric approach 
    • Self-starter 
    • Team player with a positive and solution-oriented approach

    Business Development Manager - Supply-Side

    What you'll do:

    • Showcase Nivoda’s brand and value proposition of Nivoda to buyers within the industry 
    • Drive sales in your region by creating new business opportunities
    • Strengthen Nivoda’s business model by serving and helping our diamond and jewelry customers achieve growth and profitability
    • Work closely with the Fulfillment and Customer Experience teams to help ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Understand market trends and share feedback with the team. At Nivoda we have a customer-driven product development cycle, which means that your feedback based on conversations with diamond & jewelry prospects and existing customers will directly influence the direction & development of the platform.
    • We measure success for this role in the following areas:
    • Number of new customers onboarded
    • Monthly Active customers  
    • Average Revenue Per customer

    What you'll need:

    • Speak English fluently 
    • 2+ years of experience selling within the tech space. Preferably SAAS sales 
    • Sales obsessed and financially driven
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good technical skills and experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
    • Humble, honest, trustworthy
    • Positive and solution orientated
    • Has a “no excuse” mentality
