    Administrator: Projects

    Core Description

    To provide administrative support during the execution of IT projects. This includes the scheduling of meetings, maintenance of databases, monitoring project progress and general project administration. 

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Schedule and coordinate project meetings and workshops, securing meeting rooms and the applicable equipment required. 
    • Prepare agendas, attendance registers and relevant documentation for meetings; take minutes at meetings and distribute to relevant parties. 
    • Type up project documentation and create and maintain project files to ensure that both hard and soft copies of documentation are always up-to-date and available. 
    • Coordinate the communication and / or distribution of project related information / documentation to the relevant parties through e-mail, fax and telephone. 
    • Continuously follow-up on project deadlines and issue status reports and provide detailed feedback to team members on project status, as and when required. 
    • Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of flights, car hire, accommodation, and forex. 
    • Compile and consolidate project timesheets and file for record keeping. 
    • Assist the Project managers and management with the monthly WIP recons and inputs 
    • Organise all stationery and supplies for the relevant project. 
    • Assist in the gathering of initial project information and register the project on the relevant systems. 
    • Maintain and up-to-date and accurate project register with regards to risks, lessons learnt, etc. 
    • Deliver PWA and SharePoint data steward administration support

    Manager: Projects

    Core Description

    To manage the execution of IT projects in accordance with the specified and agreed upon scope, timeframe, budget, and quality requirements. To monitor adherence to project management governance, principles, standards, and methodologies. To lead and manage a team of project managers and other project resources to execute IT projects and programmes.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Define project plans incorporating scope, budget, and timeframes to ensure quality and successful project execution.
    • Manage the delivery of multiple, large-scale, projects to successful completion in accordance with scope, budget, timeframe, and service level agreements.
    • Monitor governance and quality of the projects, including adoption of PMO methodologies, principles, tools, standards, and processes.
    • Provide onsite guidance for the project team to build and motivate team members to meet project milestones. Resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
    • Track and report on project status and performance, monitoring project overheads and capital expenses, project deliverables, dependencies, and timeframes.
    • Identify and mitigate risks within the project and manage project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to improve project delivery.
    • Collaborate and facilitate optimum engagement between and within BCX Divisions and establish and enhance relationships and network with partners, customers and vendors in support of market dominance.

    Managing Executive: Marketing

    Core Description

    This role is responsible for the crafting of the marketing operations strategy in supporting the overall business strategy of BCX. The incumbent plays a critical role in positioning BCX as the partner of choice, inspiring and enabling revenue growth for the business across the full BCX footprint. The role will focus on the establishment of a proactive, marketing team, supporting the XaaS capability within BCX, bringing to the business, a very good understanding of the ICT industry, a strong grasp of market trends and customer needs.

    • Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team.
    • Set and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals and monitoring expenditures.

    Core Description

    Develop of solutions in accordance with business requirements and operational and service level agreements.

    • Contributing to the Cloud Platform Services Solutioning Business Unit Strategy and Operational Model
