    Executive Assistant - Regional General Manager (Cape Town Region)

    Minimum Requirements    

    • 5 -7 years Of Personal Assistant Experience at an Executive Level
    • Compelling communication and interpersonal skills to represent the Office of the Executive of the business.
    • Project Management
    • Advanced MS Office
    • Diploma or Degree (Advantageous)
    • Driver’s License with own vehicle

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Stakeholder Management and Administration
    • Manage and maintain the Regional General Manager's schedules which include daily time and diary management, and the coordination of logistics as required. 
    • Internal liaison across departments on behalf of the Regional General Manager, with a strong ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
    • Schedule and arrange meetings, video conferences etc. as required by the Regional General Manager, and People  
    • Coordinate the arrangement of conferences, workshops/team-builds and events, etc. including any arrangements required for the team & relevant Suppliers. 
    • Coordinate and arrange management meetings for the CRegional General Manager and ensure that agendas are prepared, all documentation is in order, and everything runs smoothly - this includes catering arrangements and any other related requirements. 
    • Provide project administrative and secretarial support to the Regional General Manager.
    • Serve as Comms representative which includes but is not limited to drafting (if required), reviewing,and distribution all notifications
    • Maintain an appropriate and effective filing/record management system of sensitive documentation (supplier contracts, pricing letters, audit reports, etc.) 
    • Book all travel arrangements of the Regional General Manager which include: Travel schedules and itineraries of Flight bookings and accommodation; possible arrangement of visa and foreign exchange; arrangement of transport.
    • Perform general administrative duties such as the preparation of presentations, reconciliation of expense reports, etc.
    • Custodian of the appropriate records management system, including but not limited to project trackers dashboards, product listing of suppliers, collating of information from suppliers, and other tasks that may arise.

    Communication Manager

    Job Description    

    The Communication Manager's role is to manage the Internal communication and brand experience function which requires the briefing in, trafficking, and channel management of all internal communication as well as supporting all admin related to activations and events. They will also need to manage and distribute Point of Sale collateral for restaurant openings, trials, and quarterly national promotions. 

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Communication degree/ Diploma 
    • Driver’s License and own vehicle
    • 3 years’ experience working in a communication role

    Knowledge 

    • Knowledge of briefing, trafficking, and channel management
    • Knowledge of project management and rollouts (Basic)
    • Microsoft Office skills – excel, word (Intermediate-Advanced)

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    Communication Management

    • Set up and manage all internal communication briefs.
    • Manage the full communication copy and design process, approval, and scheduling.
    • Traffic internal agency to ensure prioritization and deadlines are met.
    • Scheduling communication to the correct audience and on the relevant channels
    • Video production - setting up pre-production meetings, issuing approved scripts and co-orienting shoots and agencies.
    • Channel management through content and communication calendar:
      • Notification Emails – schedule and send out communication for the Marketing team.
      • WhatsApp – registering templates, maintaining the schedule, and issuing links to the People Team for sharing.
      • LinkedIn – loading posts and community management.
      • PERi-Post Newsletter – collection of content including pictures and information, managing printing, packing, distribution, and issuing of prizes.
      • PERi-Central intranet – loading of information, testing, and communication.
      • Rando’s App – loading of content, testing links, and communication.
      • Heatwave Radio – brief team on all new campaigns and communication.
    • Surveys & Audits – testing survey links, scheduling communication, booking venues and staff communication, issuing of vouchers.

    Activations & Event Support Role

    • Implementation and communication of special occasion activations (Mandela Day, Heritage Day, Nando’s Birthday, Valentine’s Day etc)
    • Admin support on all events – managing the guest lists, briefing in communication, packing gift bags, and ensuring branding is issued and returned.

    POS Management & Distribution

    • Manage and update the national restaurant lists as they pertain to point of sale (POS) sizes and requirements in restaurants.
    • Coordinate the POS sign-off process from beginning to end.
    • Act as a supporting point of contact for marketing collateral distribution partners, and printers.
    • Plan and oversee the distribution of POS and collateral for national and casa-specific trial campaigns.
    • Brief POS collateral quantities.
    • Brief packing and courier partners.
    • Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and resolve POS delivery-related queries.
    • Liaise with the Regional Marketing Managers to ensure a swift supply of casa opening kit materials.

    GM: Supply Chain Pricing and Analytics

    Job Description    

    Accountable for reporting and management of the pricing and analytics function with Nandos SA supply chain, to enable and support insight and analytics to key stakeholders.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • BCom degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification in Finance/ Statistics/ Economics/ Supply Chain Management
    • Driver’s License and Own vehicle 
    • 4 – 7 years experience as a Head of Financial/Business Analytics or Customer Insight Manager, in relevant industry

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    Operations and Financial Modelling (Pricing)

    • Maintain a financial model that allows for the provision of cost and income estimates within levels of certainty and effective monitoring, forecasting and control of the financial limits of the department
    • Maintain and develop departmental dashboards, manually as well as part of automated system reporting
    • Provide insights to business to address operational issues
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders in order to gather category requirements and specifications from departments and category experts
    • Participate in modelling long-term and medium-term scenarios as needed by the department
    • Ensure Supply Chain governance
    • Oversee the management of My Inventory database
    • Support the completion of the Logistics and Category plans
    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses of projects
    • Oversee filing and safeguarding of records within area of responsibility and back up all data captured on management systems

    • Capture data accurately and regularly onto the Supply Chain database to facilitate access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision making

    Perform general data maintenance  

    • Record Management, Reporting and Presentation
    • Develop and distribute reports on relevant data and information to management teams to enable reliable business decision-making
    • Develop standard reporting packs and dashboards focusing on delivering insights that support business decisions
    • Generate financial reports in conjunction with the Head of Logistics and Head of Commercial/Procurement
    • Create high quality, professional presentations for Senior Management positions
    • Manage business intelligence system to provide management reports to key stakeholders

    People Management

    • Actively manage the performance and potential of the pricing specialist, providing coaching, mentorship and leadership to support problem solving, assess productivity and recommend changes where required
