    Service Technician - Gqeberha - Newton Park

    SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Strong refrigeration, mechanical and electrical aptitude.

    Responsibilities & duties:

    • Complete required service reports and communicate to relevant persons.
    • Communicate/coordinate field service activities with customer and/or local Rubicon associated sales personnel.
    • Installation, service and repair of refrigeration air conditioning, and all associated tasks thereof.
    • Overall understanding of Rittal/Panel Mount Industrial Panel Coolers
    • Good working knowledge of intercoolers and heat exchangers
    • Provide telephonic technical support to customers.
    • Promote Service Contracts through customer interactions and communication.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide most cost-effective solution from Rubicon.
    • Follow-up on Sales leads
    • Grow the customer base for Services.
    • Identify sales opportunities within customers plants.
    • Grow sales and revenue for Services Department (SLAs, once-off services, parts and accessories.
    • Process in-house evaluations and repairs of units returned by customers.
    • Coordinate and work well with Service Partners
    • Other duties as may be requested from time to time

    Qualification & experience:

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Refrigeration qualification preferable
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field
    • Working knowledge of refrigeration products is required.
    • Experience using electrical meters and troubleshooting.
    • Previous field service experience preferred.
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and unrestricted ability to travel by air or ground to customer locations

    Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Automation - Linbro Park

    National Sales Manager responsibilities are to:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Gauteng region.
    • Identify potential customers and key decision-makers within the industrial automation industry and establish strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide feedback to the management team.
    • Manage the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.
    • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to clients to showcase the features and benefits of Rubicon's automation products.
    • Work closely with the distribution partners and internal teams to coordinate product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends for management review.
    • Train and mentor sales representatives and support staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
    • Represent Rubicon at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and build professional relationships within the automation community.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth across all product portfolios.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business development and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product portfolio management teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and product training programs.
    • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations to senior management.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline sales processes, enhance efficiency, and increase profitability.

    Key Success measures:

    • Achieve set sales targets for each Portfolio allocated to the Gauteng Region.

    Role requirements are:

    • Minimum Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field will be advantageous.
    • Proven track record of successful sales management experience in the industrial automation sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.

    Sales Consultant - Industrial Technology - Pinetown

    Sales Consultants Responsibilities:

    • Integrate and align sales plans for assigned customers
    • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects within assigned sales regions
    • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers within the assigned sales region
    • Perform B2B sales activities

    Driver - Linbro Park

    Driver responsibilities are:

    • Delivery of orders to customers
    • Collecting stock from suppliers
    • Ensure correct paperwork goes with goods for delivery / collections
    • Checking of stock to ensure it is correct before delivery / collection
    • Loading and unloading of stock on vehicle with delivery / collection
    • Check vehicle on daily basis for cleanliness and or any damages or wear and tear problems
    • Ensure vehicle licence is up to date and inform line manager when it is due for renewal
    • Ad hoc duties as required in the stores.

    Required:

    • Minimum of Matric/NQF4
    • 2-3y rs previous Working experience in a similar role
    • Capable of lifting large heavy objects throughout the day with the loading and unloading of vehicles
    • Valid unendorsed Code B driver's licence (essential)
    • Good verbal communication skills in English and one other official South African language
