We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Machine Specialist( Engineering) role, which is based in Pretoria West. The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.

    Regional Credit Manager - Bloemfontein

    Job Description    

    The primary purpose of the Regional Credit Manager is to:

    • Drive the delivery of CCBA’s required working capital targets through the development and implementation of the Credit business plan for the region being supported.
    • Support the Customer Interaction Centre (CIC) Credit Manager in implementing credit processes appropriate to CCBA's Route to Market Strategy and in support of our competitive market position.
    • Support the Centre of Scale (CoS) Operations Manager and Credit Manager with the timely collection of customer payments through regular and focused external customer engagements.
    • Promote increased profitability through the management of customer credit risk profiles in accordance with CCBA's Credit Policy and Procedures.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Develop and implement the credit business plan for the region supported.
    • Monitoring of the relevant Regional debtors book status and support the identification of gaps and define corrective actions for CIC, Genpact and CCBA’s operational teams in the region.
    • Manage the positive & negative impacts of credit dealing on volume, operational effectiveness and competitor activity, to provide proactive decision-making support to regional stakeholders within CCBA’s.
    • Manage and control credit limits whilst minimising exposure to bad debt.
    • Evaluate new market credit requirement and propose methods of risk assessment in maintaining credit risk at acceptable levels.
    • Recommend enhancements to credit policy and liaise with appropriate sources to identify credit best practice within similar industries / companies.
    • High and regular engagement with key regional customers to ensure a high customer service ethic and minimal business interruption.
    • Responsible for educating both internal and external regional customers on credit policies and procedures, in the use of their products and services to reduce propensity to call the CIC, and to direct customers to self-service where appropriate.
    • Support the development of a continuous improvement mind set within CCBA’s credit, continuously driving to improve processes and reduce costs.
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of a strong system of governance and control within the CCBA’s credit.
    • Responsible for design and implementation of certain strategic credit projects and initiatives.
    • Quarterly review of bad debt provision and write off for all regional customer accounts.
    • Support the implementation and education of efficient and cost effective processes that facilitate the delivery of customer service excellence for regional customer groups.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely query resolution for Regional customers.

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Commerce or relevant Finance qualification

    Experience:

    • 3 – 4  years credit experience at a supervisory / management level
    • Superior knowledge of the National Credit Act, with an ability to adapt to relevant legislation (Credit or Industry Regulatory Acts.)

    Finance Clerk - Midrand

    Job Description   
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in the Manufacturing Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as a Finance Clerk, based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Production Engineer.

    The Finance Clerk is the main point of contact for the internal customer and manages local purchasing requests in collaboration with the sourcing and category management organisation. Also managers and closes out related procurement queries

    Key Duties & Responsibilities   

    Act as the single point of contact for the Procurement function at a site

    • Ensure that procurement policies and procedures are complied with at Plant level.
    • Guarantee efficient use of the purchasing systems by all users providing assistance when necessary.
    • Act as a link between the local internal stakeholders, suppliers and the procurement organisation.
    • Facilitate clarification of technical questions between internal stakeholders and suppliers where required.

    Drive execution of local, low value purchase requisitions

    • Follow-up on purchase orders, resolve Procurement related client/supplier follow up questions and update Purchase Order.
    • Analyse low and medium value spot buys for PO values >R10,000 < R200,000 that is not repetitive purchases.

    Close/change/modify Purchase Orders related to spot buys

    • Manage PO changes: Upon supplier/user request to amend POs, follow up with user/supplier to determine feasibility; change/modify POs if needed. If no resolution can be achieved escalate to team lead and other responsible persons using standard procedures.
