    Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary- Theatre – Fourways, Johannesburg

    KEY OUTPUTS

    • Delivers comprehensive and quality patient care.
    • Adheres to Patient’s Rights at all times.
    • Prevents, reports, and manages Medico-legal risks.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Marketing Officer – Foreshore, Cape Town

    KEY OUTPUTS

    • Management of networking, internal staff functions and corporate social events.
    • Responsible for ensuring a positive relationship between key stakeholders, mainly between doctors, other medical practitioners, medical funders, and other relevant companies i.e., suppliers of equipment, etc.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 and Marketing related qualification.
    • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in marketing or similar roles at a medium to large organization of which at least 1-year must be in medical industry and calling on doctors.
    • Good track record of client relationships or liaison.
    • Familiarity with technology used to assess performance.

    Holdings Marketing Manager- Erasmuskloof, Pretoria

    KEY OUTPUTS

    • Assist to recruit and build sound, productive working relationships with specialists.
    • Ensure efficient distribution of resources and assist marketing teams when required.
    • Work closely with the EXCO and drive the marketing strategy and positioning for the company.
    • Prepare and present a group marketing plan and report to the Holdings Board quarterly.
    • Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results to EXCO monthly.

    • Plan Holdings Board members birthdays and Christmas gifts
    • KPI review conducted with marketing team at the end of each financial year.
    • Plan strategic doctor events and functions for doctors across the group
    • Planning of opening functions, investors dinners, new hospital functions and all internal functions for holdings staff i.e. team buildings, year-end functions.
    • Brand awareness campaign implementation across the group to constantly re-establish our brand.
    • Identify viable sponsorship or congress opportunities.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BCom Degree or Honours in Marketing Management
    • Any other marketing-related qualification will be advantageous.
    • Minimum of 5 years in similar middle management role in a Healthcare environment.
    • Experience in senior Management will be advantageous in a Healthcare environment.
    • Good track record of client relationships or liaison.
    • Familiarity with technology used to assess performance.
    • Experience in online marketing and advertising.
    • Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players.

    Ward Hostess – Somerset West, Western Cape

    KEY OUTPUTS

    • Preparation and serving of food and refreshments for patients and supporting doctors.
    • Linen control (assisting with receiving of clean linen from Laundry) Doctors scrubs control and checking of quantities of scrubs in change rooms early and during the day.
    • General housekeeping including assisting with making of patient beds, control of supplies (groceries, Coffee machine, T-shirts), cleaning of dishes, cups, cutlery and crockery, counter surfaces, cupboards and food fridges in Staff and Patient’s Kitchen and Doctor’s Tearoom in ward and theatre, filling and cleaning of Coffee machine and Coffee station.
