    Customer Services Officer - Sandton

    Role Objectives / Responsibilities

    • To manage the information desk during trading hours ensuring:
    • The information desk is presentable at all times
    • A professional and personal image is upheld at all times.
    • Customers are received in a welcoming, pleasant and courteous manner, their queries are resolved timeously and customers are given accurate information at all times.
    • To administer the wheelchairs ensuring:
    • The register is updated with accurate customer details when the wheelchair is signed out and returned
    • Wheelchairs are always neat and tidy
    • Files are neat and up to date
    • Follow-up on outstanding wheelchairs
    • To sell gift cards according to company procedures and audit requirements ensuring:
    • Problems are immediately reported to the information Desk Supervisor / Assistant Finance and Admin Manger / Finance and Admin Manger
    • Daily Taking Sheets are completed correctly
    • Sales to be reconciled & balanced on a daily basis
    • Gift cards are recorded and sold in sequence
    • All Fica Requirements are met

    Qualifications

    • Senior Certificate

    Experience

    • At least 2 years minimum cash sales / administration / reconciliation /customer service experience

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Computer literate
    • Strong verbal and communication skills
    • People skills

    Finance Manger - Sandton

    Job Description

    Main purpose / objective of the position:

    • To ensure that finance is seen as a value adding business partner (Business Tenants, property
    • management and clients). Develop Finance's influence in the making of business decisions. To execute
    • financial processes and reporting to clients.

    Decision making authority:

    • This position operates within budget parameters and Decision framework. Decisions are based on
    • knowledge of systems and theory and are chosen from prescribed policies and procedures. Workers in
    • upper C job grades supervise or co-ordinate the work of the lower C grades.

    Experience / Education:

    • Minimum BCom. with Accounting III or equivalent qualification and at least 4 years relevant working
    • experience.
    • Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles
    • CIMA /ACCA
    • SAP experience is advantageous.

    Skills required:

    • Computer literacy: SAP/SAP BI; MS Office - Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word;
    • Administration: Skills Time Management, Advanced Financial Calculations, Financial Reporting, Policies
    • and Processes.

    Knowledge required:

    • Detailed knowledge of all financial policies, procedures and processes, capital expenditure, contract
    • management legal aspects, income statements, balances sheets, budgets, forecasts, IFRS and Tax.

    Purpose of the Job

    • Maintains a positive image of the company through management of the reception area. Attends to visitors in welcoming, pleasant and courteous manner. Directs customers to correct individuals or departments and resolves queries timeously

    Role Objectives/ Responsibilities:

    To manage the reception area ensuring:

    • The reception area is presentable at all times
    • A professional and personal image is upheld at all times.
    • Customers are received in a welcoming, pleasant and courteous manner, their queries are resolved timeously and customers are directed to correct individuals or departments.
    • Visitors access is arranged where required
    • Mail is received and distributed
    • Telephone calls are answered and transferred to appropriate staff
    • Telephone messages are recorded and delivered timeously
    • No unauthorised access to the offices

    To assist with general office administration ensuring:

    • Office equipment are functional
    • Typing, filing, binding, laminating and any other general office administration tasks are carried out when requested
    • Collation, Capturing and auditing of Monthly unaudited turnover from Tenants
    • Deliveries

    Qualifications:

    • Senior Certificate
    • Intermediate Excel Skills
