    HR New Hires Processor - Pretoria

    Key Responsibilities

    • Daily actioning of new HR queries as per SLA, via a case management system and via the phone as per phone schedule.
    • Daily monitoring and follow up on queries not yet completed.
    • Critically analyze complex HR queries for immediate resolution or for escalation to relevant department when necessary.
    • Following all guidelines on tasks diligently as per SOP
    • Must communicate & follow up effectively with various stakeholders on a timely basis
    • Provide clear, easy to understand written communication with relevant information to internal/external clients
    • Continuous review of knowledge sharing to ensure changes are communicated to supervisors & team timeously
    • Identify own knowledge gaps & training needs and arrange time with Supervisors to upskill
    • Critically review the workflow process and suggest areas of improvement that can be presented to the client
    • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the NHS team
    • Participate in team planning meetings and brainstorm sessions
    • Pro-active & efficient communication with supervisory/management team of progress, challenges etc.
    • Time management in completing daily tasks and to voice out any challenges on why daily targets and deadlines are not met
    • Accountability in ensuring that daily / weekly tasks are completed
    • Ensure that you meet internal and client Key Performance Criteria (KPCs)
    • Comply with all risk related tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Human Resources related qualification – Advantageous.
    • Customer service experience – Advantageous.
    • Broad understanding of HR processes
    • Good written and verbal communication abilities (English)
    • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
    • Strong work ethic and time management skills
    • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
    • Problem-solving orientation and ability to adapt to change
    • Ability to acknowledge when error was made and learn from it in a team environment   
    • Computer skills: Basic MS Office required

    HR New Hires Services Team Leader

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer leave applications to ensure that there is a balance in resources for productivity purposes
    • KPI management for the entire team
    • Maintain and improve quality related internal controls
    • Handling all client meetings, prepare and present team performance to client weekly
    • On boarding process internally and with the client
    • Handle training for new recruits, draft training program and delegate training segments to team based on capacity
    • Handle team scheduling and workflow redistribution to balance resources as per client requirement on different projects
    • Handle scheduling for team & accountability for stats for overtime as per client requirement
    • Ensuring that team meets SLA as per client requirement
    • Oversee the stats reported to identify areas of improvement
    • Handle performance related matters, and be involved with the coaching process
    • Maintain over all team motivation

    Requirements:

    • Human Resources related qualification – Advantageous.
    • Customer service experience: Team supervision – Advantageous
    • International client exposure - Advantageous
    • Supervisor experience
    • Broad understanding of HR processes
    • Good written and verbal communication abilities (English)
    • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
    • Strong work ethic and time management skills
    • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
    • Problem-solving orientation and ability to adapt to change
    • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
    • Project Management an advantage
    • Computer skills: MS Office required (Advanced Excel & Power point skills are an advantage)
