    Content Production Country Lead

    Overview

    • The role of Song Studios Country Lead is a role within the market-wide leadership team.
    • They will be the face of the Song Studios within their market, ensuring we deliver on our overall business strategy, drive craft excellence and value for their Market Unit through the Song Studios network, and assist in driving growth of production business locally.
    • The path to success will need someone who is excited by the challenge, goal orientated focus with lots of resilience and a drive to collaborate across multiple markets.

    Objectives and responsibilities

    • Being the main point of contact for the Song Studios in your local market, with Brand agency leadership, any client requests via Accenture Song colleagues and go to market teams.
    • Working with the MW Pillar leads, take the lead on ensuring we deliver the best quality and best value solution for your local market clients. Putting the best production strategy for our clients’ briefs will be an essential part of the role.
    • Ensure that all key members of the local market leadership and client’s groups are informed of Song Studios capabilities and talent. Promote and champion work, share credentials and grow reputation of Song Studios.
    • Lead on country specific new business opportunities, with support from wider GTM Song Studios team, help the Pillars leads to solution the best production strategy for any given brief or RFP.
    • Look after our Market Unit people. Our talent will be working more borderless however we need to make sure they still feel part of their market. Be a key presence for our talent in the local market. Work with Pillar and Craft Leads to ensure your local market teams can produce their best work.
    • The line management of local market talent will now fall to their Pillar Lead – Country Studio Leads will be People Lead for Market Unit talent, ensuring local teams have a career counselor from their local market.
    • As a Market Unit Lead you may also be asked to be a Patron / Executive Sponsor of a Pillar. In this role you will have responsibility to help guide, advise and at time act as an escalation point for the Pillar Leads.
    • Be a key influence and sponsor of the new Song Studios MW operating model. Provide leadership and guidance to Pillars and Craft leads as well as keeping market unit leadership aware of the changes.
    • Coordinating with other Country leads to share information, processes and learnings.

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, or related fields (preferred).

    Professional Certifications:

    Data & BI AMS Lead

    Role Overview:

    • The Data & BI AMS Lead will be responsible for overseeing the management and support of data and business intelligence (BI) platforms within a managed services environment. This role involves managing end-to-end service delivery, leading support teams, ensuring SLAs are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
