    General Worker

    The execution of manual activities to achieve operational targets and requirements.
    Including all other activities for compliance of Quality, Safety, GMP and Food Safety standards.

    • Prepares for production by ensuring that all packaging and equipment, material required is ready. (Tape guns, sellotape, pallets, wrapping etc.)
    • The execution of day-to-day production activities as required.
    • The execution of manual activities to ensure seamless, safe and good quality products are produced.
    • Escalation of production obstacles e.g., Material quality defects, safety risks, safety incidents and observation, line stoppages, etc.
    • Waste management: waste collection in and around the production facility.
    • GMP and Food Safety Governance: maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workstation and surrounding areas.
    • Quality compliance: adhering to all quality requirements as set out by quality and operation standards, following the prescribe procedures and policies on site.
    • MECP: execution and adherence to the 5S, Teamwork, PMC, Focused Improvement Pillar activities as prescribed by the respective pillar requirements.
    • Loss capturing support in the capturing of all production losses when required.
    • Ensuring safe and efficient startup, shutdowns and changeovers are executed when required.
    • Notifying and reporting absenteeism, time and attendance delays to Supervisor/Line Manager/HR.
    • Starts packing ensuring correct quantities packed into boxes. Ensure good tape seal on box.
    • Pack correct quantity onto pallet in correct format.
    • Checks correctness and clarity of date code on skillet and outer, and quality of sealing continuously.
    • In the absence of the operator monitors packing machine and stops it by pressing the stop button should problems arise.
    • In absence of operator, stops line, if necessary, should problems occur. Out of specification product, infestation etc.
    • Ensure good housekeeping practices including GMP and 5S are adhered to.
    • Execution of the Clean as you go methodology for the daily and weekly schedules open all equipment, removing dust, product debris and all foreign matter
    • Inspect for signs of infestation and report to supervisor.
    • Will be required to execute any additional reasonable tasks/activities that will be requested by Supervisor/Line Manager/Persons in Authority.

    • Grade 12 (Matric or equivalent qualification) Mathematics and Physics an added advantage

    Forensic Auditor

    • Your ultimate goal entails the diligent and optimal investigation of fraudulent and illegal activities within the Group (RSA and Africa). Ensuring effective and efficient end to end case investigation of all commercial, financial and criminal matters ranging from murder, armed robbery and syndicate/project related investigations. Also ensuring the effective and efficient end to end case investigation of reports via the Ethics–Line facility.

    • Conduct forensic investigations and audits
    • Identification of fraudulent activity/behaviour
    • Evaluate seriousness of misconduct
    • Formulation of an investigation plan/strategy individually or in consultation with other stakeholders (audit/HR/Insurance)

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Analytical and reasoning skills to conduct special investigations (e.g. those involving significant public/police interest issues), assessing and interpreting evidence, maintaining the integrity of the investigative file, evaluating investigative results and determining cause; analysing the circumstances and making recommendations.
    • Communication skills to explain and discuss interpretations of evidence, and related legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines, and theories about the investigation; using appropriate judgment in communicating confidential and sensitive information, and providing testimony in court;
    • Management skills to assign and coordinate work of field investigators and contractors (if applicable).

    Experience & Qualifications

    Bookkeeper

    • To ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions within the bakery operation, supporting production, procurement, and distribution activities. The Bookkeeper plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Transaction Processing & Financial Recordkeeping

    • Capture daily financial transactions related to bakery operations, including raw materials, packaging, and production costs.

    • Ensure all transactions are supported by valid documentation (GRVs, invoices, delivery notes).

    Month-End Close Support

    • Prepare and post journals (accruals, prepayments, provisions).
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.

    Compliance & Controls

    Distribution Manager

    Mill Manager

    • To manage the mills production efficiencies, people productivity, and overall capacity of the production facility to ensure optimum performance of product specification, cost, service levels and working capital.
