    Digital Campaign Specialist - Cape Town

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on incremental sales (cross-sell and up-sell opportunities) and improving advertising performance.
    • Manage the full life cycle involvement in digital advertising campaigns from enquiry stage to campaign completion. This involves, but not limited to:
      • Assist with proposals where necessary
      • Booking of campaigns into Asana and check against marketing calendar
      • Insertion order and contract completion; ensure work does not commence without signed insertion orders)
      • Prompt buyers and suppliers for briefs, check stock
      • Liaise with client on creative assets; manage through to approval
      • Load campaigns on Google Ad Manager timeously
      • Compile POE once campaign is live
      • Once campaign has ended, request invoice from Finance

    Qualifications & Experience required:

    • Must have experience with DFP | Google Ad Manager or similar ad serving tools
    • At least 2 years digital campaign management experience is a prerequisite

    Key Account Manager - Advertising (Agencies)

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and managing long-term partnerships with key advertising agencies

    People Business Partner (Supply Chain and Logistics) - Coastal

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Strategic Partnering with Executive and Leadership Team
    • Aligning People Strategy to Business Strategy and secure implementation of HR Strategy and policies in the business

    Mr D - Junior Business Operations Analyst

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Generate regular reports and provide insights/recommendations to the business on topics such as:
      • Operational and delivery performance 
      • Driver supply, deployment, utilisation, and efficiency
      • Restaurant operational and trading performance 
      • Customer choice metrics and order behaviour

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop a comprehensive strategy/plan to drive growth across the department in sales, brands, suppliers and new product listings

    Mr D - Franchise Compliance Coordinator (E-Commerce)

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Act as hands on support to branches/hubs to resolve operational issues
    • Monitor and report on franchise and driver performance and operational compliance in the field
    • Gain contextual understanding of the operational levers involved in driving performance, both regionally and branch-specific. Identify common trends within operations and provide weekly / monthly reporting and feedback where appropriate
    • Maintain service levels of franchises according Service Level Agreements and able to implement corrective measures operationally within service hubs, as related to further business strategies aligned with the Head Office and operational teams
    • Monitor and report on branch adherence to franchise agreements and key performance indicators (KPI’s)

    Your responsibilities will include:

    •   Conduct needs analysis to understand training and development needs

    •   Train and inform on operational process flows, and standard operational procedures as required
