    Warehouse Driver/Assistant - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES - Driver 

    • All driving duties
    • Operating and maintaining vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy.
    • Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
    • Inspect vehicle for safety, fuel, oil, and water before departure.
    • Maintain accurate, up to date records on logbook before and after trips and prepare accident and incident report as and when necessary.
    • Keep vehicle clean inside and outside.
    • Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for customers.
    • Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations of South African Roads.
    • Perform any other duties as directed and instructed by supervisor and/or manager.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES- General Assistance in the warehouse 

    • Adhere to correct process flow & work instructions.
    • Assist dispatch with picking of stock ordered.
    • Assist receiving with checking and binning of stock received.
    • Ensure stock accuracy is always maintained.
    • Ensure cycle counts are conducted as per schedule.
    • Participate in Stock taking when required.
    • Maintain a neat and orderly environment within the overall warehouse.
    • Adhering to Safety Regulations 
    • Conduct operations in a safe manner as per safety standards.
    • Ensure that safety checks on lifting equipment are done before operating.
    • Report any unsafe working conditions and incidents to your Team Lead.

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • Completed Matric.
    • Code 14 Driver’s License with PDP for at least two years.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Driver within similar environment.
    • Minimum of 2 years warehouse environment experience.
    • Maintain and possess a safe driving record.
    • Good command in English.

    Price Support Engineer - Kempton Par

    SCOPE:  

    • Support the Africa Price Lead with price development and data management activities.
    • Assist with analysing price metrics to ensure and maintain compliance with price strategies.
    • Develop tools and Standard Operating Procedures that will optimize our price actions.
    • Initiates continuous improvement projects that will optimize and simplify the price process.
    • Investigate price and margin leakage and waste.
    • Support company high impact culture through demonstration and living the vision and values.

    RESPONSIBILITIES  

    Data Management  

    • Develop and modify data infrastructure to accelerate data processing, analysis, and reporting.
    • Developing standards of operation related to the data of each family group of a product.
    • Assist Price Decision Maker (PDM), Finance and / or Master Data Controller with maintenance and correction of price & master data on ERP and / or other price tools.
    • Assist and coordinate with Product Managers to ensure availability of up-to-date price list of products.

    Pricing  

    • Involved in the price increase activities by analysing price changes to customers based on the IPL changes by GC.
    • Support during preparation of Customer pricelists & tools for each region and brand along with continues update and coordination of master data.
    • Preparation and evaluation of Internal CQM sheets to the sales support and tendering departments for products and spare parts.
    • Supports other departments (Product managers, sales, finance, and sales support teams) in concerns related to pricing and data, i.e. price communication, competitor analyses and market trends, etc.
    • Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions.

    REQUIREMENTS  

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in similar capacity / experience in finance and analytics strongly preferred.
    • Advanced Excel experience essential.
    • SAP/ Power PI experience will be an added advantage.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES  

    • Ability to analyse, interpret, and organize substantial amounts of data, able to sit in front of computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
    • Meticulous – the ability to pay close attention to detail while remaining accurate is crucial in the analysis of large collections of data. (accuracy and diligence)

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.

    Senior Cost Analyst

    Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Standard Cost calculations and system updates for Manufacturing Businesses in South Africa and Algeria.
    • Performs Costing and Inventory Controlling tasks as well as supports Stock Count Processes for all South Africa and Algeria entities.
    • Performs Excess and Obsolete and slow moving inventory provisions calculations for South Africa and Algeria entities and provides insights to Supply Chain teams to manage them proactively.
    • Performs Operations Scorecard metrics calculations like Direct and Indirect Inflation, Productivity, Savings and Economic ppv for South Africa and Algeria entities.
    • Supports Operations KPIs calculations like Productivity, Efficiency and Utilization for the manufacturing businesses in South Africa and Algeria.
    • Supports month end closure tasks and processes by ensuring the compliance to US GAAP and documentation availability as per Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
    • Performs Actual Standard Cost and Margin Analysis by customer and by product to provide insight to stakeholders
    • Supports ISCF Manager to prepare monthly Operations Business Review reporting packs for South Africa with various financial reporting and analysis, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for P&L and Working Capital
    • Validates monthly XGP and CI saving actuals, provides excellent business partnering to Procurement and Supply Chain teams to achieve the saving targets.
    • Assist with ad hoc tasks and requests from business as needed.

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in US GAAP and SOX
    • Strong Technical Accounting Skills
    • Ability to adapt to change quickly
    • Ability to communicate well with others
