    STAFF MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

    • Lead the Early Learning School in alignment with the school’s vision, ethos, and strategic goals
    • Recruit, induct, develop and appraise Early Learning staff

    • Implement school policies, timetables, budgets, and resourcing efficiently

    Maternity Cover Prep Teacher

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • plan, prepare and present interesting and interactive lessons;
    • establish a teaching environment that is nurturing and promotes learning;

    Head of Preparatory Umhlanga

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve on committee structures as delegated and required by the school, such as Employment Equity and Health & Safety.
    • Actively participate in all relevant meetings, contributing valuable insights and perspectives.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Relevant Teaching Degree; a Master's degree will be advantageous.

    Estate Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Meeting with the schools’ management on a weekly basis to discuss plans, events and general estate requirements
    • Audit buildings and facilities on a regular basis and compile records of inspections
    • Manage all cleaning, maintenance, repairs and renovations to the estate and grounds
    • Arrange all outsourced maintenance and repairs
    • Secure Service Level Agreements as required
    • Vetting and screening of all 3rd Parties on the premise
    • Monitor 3rd Parties onsite to ensure satisfaction with work completed and compliance with OHS requirements
    • Arrange for and record the servicing of all equipment, plant, machinery, systems and vehicles as required
    • Act as a second contact for Armed Response and onsite Service Providers
    • Ensure that all appropriate and relevant information is communicated to staff
