    Senior Specialist Retail Activations DTC

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide clear guidance on Global retail marketing toolkits to enable flawless execution of all Campaigns/Activations across Own Retail, Franchise and Wholesale.
    • Enable and support the briefing of agencies and follows up on the development, production, and installation of all campaigns across Emerging Markets.
    • Support the creation and delivery of campaign go-to-market presentations, summarizing the campaign objectives (RID, allocations, products, visual merchandising, physical and digital marketing tools) to be shared proactively to all key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support the delivery of a full post campaign report, integrating business KPI’s and a Keep Start Stop analysis to ensure evolution
    • Continuously inputs / challenges the campaigns, process, status quo to elevate consumer experience
    • Support  the ideation of mall and instore consumer activations
    • Manage and grow membership acquisitions at retail
    • Support the management and reporting of retail Marketing Working Budget (MWB)
    • Responsible for ad hoc projects or acts as a representative for the whole department

    KPIs:

    • Retail KPIs (Net Sales, Traffic, Conversion, ASP, UPT)
    • Brand and commercial campaign activation and execution on time and in full
    • Digital content creation and management for all digital touchpoints at retail

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and marketing/activation strategies
    • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
    • Solid business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Retail KPIs
    • Highly creative and numerate with the ability to understand and analyze data and produce actionable insights and solutions
    • Solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to travel both domestic and internationally as needed
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

    Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    Director Supply Chain Management - EM South

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Together with the SCM and Cluster leadership, develop the SCM road map for the EM South cluster, implement global supply chain strategy that supports and meets country strategy, performance objectives and customer/consumer expectations.
    • Accountable for supply chain operations (Purchasing & Product Supply, Logistics & Transportation, Last Mile ecommerce delivery, Inventory, Fulfillment & Distribution Center/warehousing operations, Sourcing)
    • Make the business more competitive by ensuring product and on shelf availability, speed, responsiveness, strong delivery performance and healthy inventory levels.
    • Lead, coach, mentor a team of 13 supply chain experts.
    • Data driven analyses & assessments of SCM performance, root cause process improvement initiatives.
    • Manage the Distribution center/warehouse and 3PL partner in an effort to keep the performance at best level across all DC/warehousing KPIs while challenge status-quo to ensure that our 3PL partners embrace the efficiency mindset.
    • Lead an ecommerce delivery strategy for the market.
    • Lead sourcing for the market, create healthy relationships with local factories and product creation teams.
    • Accountable to prepare, submit and manage country SCM L0 / L1 budgets and RFCs as well as COS items within the given guideline by VP SCM EM along with EM SCM financial controller. 
    • Maintain routines to ensure delivery of core supply chain metrics in terms of product availability (OTA/OTIF), cost (SC cost absolute & as percentage of net sales), inventory/service and establish adequate monitoring & reporting routines for all SCM related KPIs.
    • Build and maintains strong relationships with EMS Key stakeholders: Brand, Finance, Commercial functions & Key Accounts, line managers as well as the entire team to ensure alignment with cascaded directions and objectives set by VP SCM EM and a smooth cluster execution.
    • Ensure demand and supply are broadly in balance, including purchasing processes, by maintaining strong S&OP routines with finance.
    • Together with the VP SCM EM & the Performance Manager SCM, prepare project related Business Cases as required  and ensure timely execution in the approved budget.
    • Develop and drive customer collaboration initiatives with local commercial functions.
    • Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met within global guidelines and report to VP SCM EM as well as Local Compliance Officer for any irregularity.
    • Lead related SCM process improvements and efficiency programs and proactively bring up ideas for profit ability enhancement.
    • Ensure high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team.

    Senior Specialist Brand Communications Originals and Basketball- EM

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set campaign / activation specific objectives and KPIs for EM countries & clusters and follow up with cross-market tracking and reporting of results to BAD hub and Global.
    • Drive the brand planning timelines OTIF in line with brand calendar priorities, serving as the lead ot bring all vertical brand plans together for best in class execution (CRM, Membership, DA, Omni, EIM, Newsroom, BU)
    • Drive consistency and elevated standards across the EM country clusters, securing c/c plans are aligned with strategic objectives and in line with brand creative direction.
    • Provide transparency of future trends & market opportunities through strategic & commercial inputs and on-going communication to Global BU Brand Communication
    • Consolidate Comm. requirements from county/cluster and brief global BU Communication
    • Monitoring quality and on time delivery of global toolkits
    • Support line manager in driving the creation of PAN-EM Originals and BB campaigns e.g. Samba campaign
    • Support line manager in planning category activation strategy and calendars, and handover at range introduction meeting
    • Support line manager in developing a POV and guidance on media mix for category on key focus campaigns (based on ROI, category strategy and overall brand strategy)
    • Receive feedbacks from country/cluster on local adaptation needs
    • Coordinate and share with countries BA teams to collect best practices
    • Support regular monthly network meetings with country/cluster
    • Support the head of EM BAD and BU heads EM in the pre-season MWB planning
    • Coordinate post-campaign evaluations and ROI calculations and input to marketing newsletter
    • Provide country/cluster with activation guidance & templates in alignment with global

    • Cross-functional and stakeholder management experience
    • Industry knowledge, across divisions—footwear, apparel and accessories.
    • Understanding of EM consumers, accounts, economic environment, and commercial needs
    • Ability to excel in a matrix organisation

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing required. Regional experience preferred.
    • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
    • Sporting goods industry and/or agency experience required
    • Fluent in English
    • Business Acumen
    • Strong Computer Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot), Powerpoint, etc.
