    Retention Administrator

    What will you do?

    • Assist RFC with compilation of data for monthly report
    • Liaise with RFC and Facilities to assist with relationship management
    • Analyse reports to determine trends and issues
    • Extract data weekly to ensure premium collection for all billing methods
    • Liaise with Premium Administration and RFC pertaining to premium collection.
    • Ensure the management of suppression requests and continued premium collection for reinstated policies
    • Ensure professional conduct when dealing with key stakeholders
    • Provide the required documentation to the commercial facilities to ensure successful lodgement
    • Ensure that lodgements are lodged in the desired manner by the expected time.
    • Obtain proof of lodgements from the facility to ensure premium deduction, ensure that first premium is received for policies lodged
    • Collate Stop order mandates for facilities lodged at Head office level and attend to any additional queries
    • Provide support to all adhoc reasonable management requests and RFC requests directed through management, including printing and filing.
    • Occasional Travel will be required

    Qualification & Experience

    • Matric (with Maths and Accountancy) preferably

    Knowledge And Skills

    • At least 2 years sales support administration experience within entry level market Insurance Industry.
    • Own transport will be advantageous

    Business Development Manager (JHB)

    What will you do?

    • Formulate clear strategic objectives and a business plan for specific client area
    • Work closely with the Head of the Business and other Account Managers, in terms of developing client strategy and plans (i.e. sales and retention strategies)
    • Actively use and leverage capability of a cluster wide CRM
    • Understand client needs in order to identify appropriate products and solutions
    • Actively manage key client relationships focusing on growing and developing existing clients together with generating new business
    • Influence overall profitability of client area by meeting targets
    • Position and package Amplify simply and effectively to the client area
    • Act as the key interface between the client and Amplify as well as an Amplify brand ambassador

    What will make you successful in this role?

    • Undergraduate degree, preferably commercial (e.g. BCom, B.Bus.Sc), unless qualified by extensive experience and track record
    • Relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous (e.g. CFA, CFP)
    • At least 5 years' experience in investment sales
    • Deep understanding of investment principles, financial instruments and unit trusts
    • Strong understanding of the segment landscape, different players and key needs
