    Sales Consultant - IStore Garden Route

    Job Description

    • Store is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller.
    • With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple. 
    • We are looking for tech savvy, retail inclined individuals with great communication skills to join our team. 
    • Our iStore Sales Consultant is responsible to  maximise the sales opportunity in the iStore. 
    • You will be ensuring that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services. You will proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions and create memorable experiences. 
    • We will give you all the knowledge and tools around all our iStore products for you to be successful in the role.

    Store Manager - IStore Cavendish Cape Town

    • As the iStore Manager, you are at the steer of our helm. You would be responsible and accountable for the store and all its operations.
    • You would lead the teams to ensure they perform at their best, and ensure both your team and your customers have a valued experience. You would be responsible for the Store to achieve or exceed its unit, financial and developmental targets.
    • Your store would need to be synonymous with anything Mac in the customers eyes.

    You need to have:

    Support Technician Learnership - Durban

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed Matric
    • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
    • Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux)
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
    • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to customers in-store and over the phone
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software
    • Install and configure new hardware and software for customers

    • Work closely with other members of the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of the store
