    Floor Assistant - Centurion (Centurion)

    Description

    • We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Floor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers on the floor, ensure the store is well-maintained, and support the overall operations of the retail environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Assistance

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

    Inventory Controller - Edenvale (Longmeadow)

    Purpose of the Role

    • We are looking for a highly capable stock controller to manage our stock inventory.  You will be analyzing supply chain data to ensure stock availability, placing purchase orders and transferring stock, and maintaining purchase and pricing reports.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments
    • Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock
    • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
    • Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed
    • Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays
    • Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labelling
    • Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed
    • Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget

    Requirements

    • A minimum of two years' experience as a stock controller in a similar industry
    • Proficiency in inventory management software Accpac and Web orders preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
    • Extensive experience in supply chain data analysis
    • Great analytical and problem-solving skills

    Senior Systems Administrator - Edenvale (Longmeadow)

    Description

    Senior Systems Administrator

    • ACDC Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry.
    • The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ACDC Dynamics’ IT infrastructure.
    • This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of critical business systems, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
    • The incumbent will act as a technical lead within the IT function, supporting business continuity, driving infrastructure improvements, and mentoring junior IT staff.

    Key responsibilities

    Infrastructure & Systems Management

    • Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems).
    • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.
    • Oversee system performance, capacity planning, and availability.
    • Maintain virtualization environments (e.g., VMware).
    • Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.

    Network & Security Administration

    • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers).
    • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
    • Implement endpoint protection, access controls, and monitoring tools.
    • Perform vulnerability assessments, patch management, and remediation.

    Cloud & Modern Workplace

    • Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

    Operational Support

    • Minimum 5–8 years experience in systems administration.
    • Proven experience in enterprise IT environments.
    • Hands-on experience managing hybrid (on-prem + cloud) infrastructure.

    Technical Skills & competencies

    • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and/or Linux systems
    • Active Directory & identity management
    • Virtualization (VMware)
    • Microsoft 365 and Azure
    • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls)
    • Experience with:
