    Quality Assurance Manager

    Job Description

    • A fast-growing industrial manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen its Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance function.
    • The role is highly hands-on and requires a strong focus on manufacturing quality, ISO standards, and continuous improvement within a high-pressure production environment. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and oversee a small QA team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the factory
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality manuals, and manufacturing work instructions
    • Manage non-conformance, CAPA processes, and root cause analysis
    • Handle customer complaints, investigations, and corrective action closure
