    Specialist Business Integration

    Job Description:
    As Specialist Business Integration you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Oversee the smooth running of the Programme Management Office, managing the PMO Team to ensure their deliverables are met (including coaching and training of subordinates where required).
    • Manage the application of and approval for any additional PMO budget requirements.
    • Assist the Business Integration Manager in defining Initiative scope resourcing and high-level timings for new Initiatives as part of the broader strategic agenda at Kumba.

    Section Manager SHE

    Job Description:
    As Section Manager SHEyou will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Ensure all safety inspections conform to the standards and requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Mine Health and Safety Function as appropriate to ensure optimal safety performance management.
    • Ensure that all statistical data required by DMRE (Dept of Mineral and Energy) is submitted according to legislation.

    Section Manager Performance

    Job Description:

    Resource Coordinator

    Job Description:
    As our Resource Coordinatorof your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Safety, Health, and Environment

    • Ad hoc work: Monitor Resource availability (Daily):
    • Run Transaction =ZG_EAM_RSR_DSP - Resource Status Report, displayed daily to get a list of required resources needed for the planned tasks as a Resource Status Report (RSR Report).
    • Ensure availability of materials, specialised tools, services & equipment.
    • In most cases, there will be enough flexibility in the completion windows and resourcing options to ensure that work can be scheduled and resourced using standard arrangements for acquiring and delivering materials, special tools, and services.
    • In some instances, meeting the scheduled start time for a task may require a decision to either prioritise assignment to critical path work, approve the expediting of items, change from a routine supplier, or re-allocating resources from other work. In such cases, these decisions are escalated to the critical stakeholders for a decision.

    Maintenance Operator GR 2

    Job Description:

    • As a Maintenance Operator Gr 2, you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include: 

    Safety, Health, and Environment

    • Follow all health and safety requirements to ensure a safe work environment.
    • Adhere to housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
    • Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) according to safety regulations.
    • Perform all work following SHE safety, health, and environment standards.
    • Read, sign off, and adhere to all appropriate work instructions and standards.
    • Attend safety meetings as instructed to stay up-to-date on safety protocols.
    • Keep your allocated area clean and apply good housekeeping practices to ensure a hazard-free environment.
    • Apply HIRA/Mini HIRA/SLAM correctly and report safety and health-related issues.
    • Ensure that your work practices do not endanger the safety of others.
    • Take all necessary safety precautions when working on production equipment.
    • Active participation in SLAMs, HPHs, relevant Risk Assessments, and close-out of Safety Actions.
    • Performance and Delivery

    Maintenance Efficiency:

    • Execute plant and equipment maintenance preparations and maintenance tasks following SMP (Standard Maintenance Practice).
    • Monitor maintenance progress regularly and check preparation activities against planned schedules.
    • Report deviations as soon as they occur.
    • Equipment and Machinery Maintenance:
    • Remove and replace the worn plates.
    • Ensure work is executed as per Operating Model standards and procedures.
    • Ensure all toolboxes and tools are kept clean and in good condition.
    • Ensure proper communication and handover of outstanding tasks between shifts and day-shift teams.

    Assistance:

    • Assist with maintenance (changing grease bulkers, diesel nozzles, pipes, etc.).
    • Assist Artisans with effective maintenance of equipment and related machinery to ensure optimal utilisation and availability and maximise production and throughput schedules.
    • Assist the supervisor and co-workers according to their level/area of competence and follow company policies when instructed or during the responsible person's absence to ensure the achievement of functional objectives.

    Pre-Shift Inspections:

    • Do pre-shift inspections of vehicles, equipment, machines, machine parts, and components to check functionality and safety and prevent asset injuries and damage.
    • Ensure that operations occur within prescribed processes, procedures, and standards.
    • Continuously observe and monitor equipment/vehicle performance against standards.
    • Identify non-conformances or deviations and report these to the direct supervisor to ensure defects are followed up on and attended to.
    • This role is in Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) Department at a Band J6 reporting to the Supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 Certificate / N3 Technical
    • Drivers License

    Experience:

    • Understand safety standards applicable to maintenance environments.
    • Knowledge of vehicle/equipment components and functionality.
    • Ability to interpret and understand detailed component drawings, blueprints, and shop manuals.
    • Understand manufacturer standards in a maintenance environment.
    • Knowledge of company policies and procedures relating to maintenance work
