    TMM Workshop Supervisory & Diesel Mechanic (Robertson)

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

    • Grade 12 and qualified earth moving diesel mechanic (Red Seal / Trade Test)
    • Code 11/14 driving license
    • Must have relevant mechanical knowledge with regards to functioning and maintenance of heavy diesel vehicles.
    • Mercedes truck knowledge would be an added advantage.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a diesel mechanic, working on earth moving equipment.
    • Valid and up to date TMM competency certificates
    • Must be able to work independently and under pressure
    • Must have general mechanical skills such as welding, fitting, rigging, etc.
    • Excellent Supervisory skills and experience
    • Excellent computer skills
    • The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the
    • Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)

    • Always maintain professional workmanship standards
    • Job cards, quotations, orders, and supplier liaison
    • Conduct trouble shooting, fault diagnosis, inspections, and maintenance of mobile and other equipment
    • Mentor apprentices
    • Pro-actively support and participate in workshop safety, health, and environmental initiatives
    • Will be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment
    • Understand the responsibilities under the Reg. 2.13.2 Legal appointment (Competent person TMM)
    • Complete required legal monthly inspections and maintain the required SHE system

    • Manage and maintain tools
    • Work overtime when required, provided such a requirement is reasonable and within the law
    • Be on standby when required

    Millwright (Robertson)

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

    • School Grade: Grade 12/ N3 relevant trade.
    • Qualifications: Red Seal Trade Certificate- Millwright.
    • Driver’s License: Yes – Code EB valid driver’s license.
    • Technical/Core Training: Must be computer literate- MS Office Suite, Basic Welding ability.
    • Experience: 1-2 years Mining related work experience will be advantageous

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)

    • Perform mechanical, electrical maintenance and installations in accordance with planned and preventative maintenance schedules and project plans.
    • Ordering parts or equipment as and when required.
    • Adhering to strict safety guidelines and cognizant of safety risks
    • Must have good knowledge and experience in a plant or similar working environment and be able to do fault-finding, isolating faults, repair faults and troubleshooting.
    • Complete documentation, including inspection sheets as required.
    • Fabrication of parts as required.
    • Attend to machine breakdowns of mechanical and electrical nature for all equipment under engineering/production functional control on shift.

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be a South African citizen.
    • Must be declared fit by an Occupational Medical Practitioner to perform work on a Mine in line with the code of Practice to Perform Work on a Mine and Mines Health and Safety Act.
    • Must be willing to work overtime and standby's as and when required to do so.
    • Must be neat, tidy and be able to maintain good housekeeping in your work area.

    Key Accounts Manager (Henley on Klip)

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • Relevant Diploma/Degree would be advantageous preferably in the civil engineering discipline.

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

    • Grade 12 with Mathematics is essential
