In this Full-Time position, you will be working on a client's custom platform that integrates IOT devices within an e-commerce space. Guiding the creation of a secure, performant and usable platform. Ensuring a seamless interchange of data between the servers and users.

Responsibilities

• Work with the client to define and grow the product while solving problems and managing the scope.
• Translate Client needs into a product road map including improvements and iterative development.
• Collaborate with Development team to build, implement and grow the platform.
• Work with QA and take ownership of testing and release phases to ensure it is right the first-time round.
• Ensure that product, planning and support for all deployment activities is ready.
• Support Development team post deployment and identify any defects or major issues.
• Creating documentation and support the client on how to use the system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Business degree / diploma (BBA, MBA, Business Analysis certification)
• Minimum of 1 years' experience working with UML
• Understand and experience with Activity and Work Flow Diagramming
• 2 years as an Analyst or Solutions Architect within Software Development environment
• Software Development Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong analytical mind
• Ability to make and implement decisions
• Problem solving skills.

Work description
Communication skills that speak for itself. You will need to ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a PHP developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic, and periodically interfaces. You will also be required to maintain the central database and work with other developers on the team.

Your responsibilities will include translating design wireframes into the code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will have a Senior UI/ UX designer to help guild the vision, and help with CSS in the Project, along with a dedicated Backend Developer and a DevOps Engineer. The Platform owner has a software development background. 

We need someone that is looking for a long term / stable engagement with the freedom to dictate their own hours to a large extent (there is a, required weekly meeting in place).

The project:

• Uses React, ReactJS, and JavaScript
• Longterm on going project
• Has a senior UI/UX designer
• Has a Backend developer
• Has a  devOps Engineer
• Platform owner has software background

Responsibilities

• Assist in gilding the product vision
• Architecting/ Designing the solution along with your team
• Frontend Programming
• Reviewing of system before promoting to Platform owner for signoff
• ADHOC tasks as needed for this role

 Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree relevant to the field paired with a minimum of 4 years industry experience.
• Able to dedicate a bare minimum of 25hrs/week, and be longterm (Fulltime optional)
