    eLearning Developer (Fixed Term Contract-6 Months)

    Job Purpose:

    • To design, develop, and implement high-quality, interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, aligned with Hollard’s Group Learning Strategy. The role requires advanced eLearning development skills, strong animation and visual design capabilities, and a deep understanding of LMS platforms. The eLearning Developer will transform instructional materials into engaging digital learning experiences, ensuring adherence to corporate identity (CI) guidelines and accessibility standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Development:

    • Develop interactive eLearning content, modules, simulations, and assessments using Articulate Storyline or other authoring tools, as required.
    • As required update eLearning content, modules, simulations, and assessments using Articulate Storyline or other authoring tools, as required.
    • Apply animation and visual design principles to enhance learner engagement
    • Develop animation and design content, on occasion when required update or enhance animations and designs
    • Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with learning objectives

    Storyboarding & Design Execution:

    • Interpret instructional storyboards and translate them into digital learning experiences
    • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to refine content flow and structure
    • Maintain consistency with CI guidelines and visual standards

    LMS Integration & Support:

    • Upload and configure eLearning content on LMS platforms
    • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of course functionality
    • Monitor learner engagement and generate usage reports

    Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

    • Conduct peer reviews and QA checks on developed content
    • Document feedback and implement improvements
    • Stay updated on eLearning trends, tools, and technologies

    Required Knowledge and Experience    

    • 5 years of relative experience 

    Core Competencies:

    eLearning Development:

    • Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline
    • Strong animation and visual design skills
    • Ability to interpret and execute storyboards accurately
    • Experience in creating SCORM/xAPI-compliant content
    • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

    Instructional Design:

    • Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles
    • Ability to collaborate with SMEs to translate content into engaging learning experiences
    • Ability to read and interpret a storyboard and wireframe

    Technical Proficiency:

    • Office 365
    • Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate (beneficial)
    • Graphic and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Adobe After Effects, Vyond)

    Learnovate (LMS) Management:

    Digital Learning Specialist- (Fixed Term Contract-6 Months)

    Job Purpose:

    • Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning content aligned with Hollard’s Group Learning Strategy. Ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement of the Digital Learning Ecosystem (LMS, LXP, XR). Use instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), AI tools, and data insights to create scalable, inclusive learning solutions. Support compliance, accreditation, and digital fluency initiatives. Provide system support, resolve issues, document functionality needs, and train employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Platform Management:

    • Administer and maintain platform reliability, user adoption, and data integrity. Enforce standards and troubleshoot content and integrations. Manage communications, support, and escalations. Generate reports and dashboards to track engagement and impact. Train users and support testing and vendor integrations. Recommend upgrades and stay current with tech trends.

    Learning Design & Development:

    • Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles. Develop eLearning modules, microlearning, assessments, and simulations. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for rapid prototyping. Ensure compliance with SETA, CPD, and regulatory standards. Embed accessibility and inclusivity (e.g., WCAG).

    Content Planning & Development:

    Business IT Audit Manager

    Job Advert Summary    

    • The Business IT  Audit Manager will play a key role in all phases of  Business Assurance engagements and will interact with senior and middle management across HINT subsidiaries. This role involves leading and executing business audits, managing complex projects, conducting research, and delivering data-driven insights.
    • Responsibilities include proactively identifying and evaluating risks across strategic, operational, compliance, reporting, and internal control domains, with a strong emphasis on those emerging from digital transformation, cyber threats, data governance, cloud computing, AI, and evolving IT architectures. The Business Audit Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and External Audit  to ensure effective risk mitigation and governance.
    • This role also contributes to the development and execution of the Combined Assurance plan, ensuring alignment with the HINT Combined Assurance framework. The Business Audit Manager is expected to drive innovation in audit technology business practices,  provide risk and control training to HINT Heads of IT and Operational Management and support continuous improvement in audit quality and relevance.

    Strategy and Planning:

    • In conjunction with the Head of Risk and Compliance, set the business audit strategy and monitoring plan and oversee the implementation thereof.
    • Deliver on the business audit strategic objectives by developing deeper perspectives and options for how to best serve our clients, solve problems, being proactive about suggesting meaningful improvements, leveraging subject matter expertise and considering broader organisational implications in terms of risk assurance.

    Required Knowledge and Experience    

    • Minimum of 5 - 6 years relevant experience in IT Audit of which 2 years are in a management/leader role, with a strong focus on digital technologies, infrastructure, and IT architecture.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
    • Strong track record of building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
    • Ability to manage and deliver complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
    • Experience in project management.

    Graduate Data Verifier (Fixed Term Contract-6 months)

    Role Objectives:

    • To ensure that sufficient information is sourced in order to allocate claims correctly. To ensure a WorldClass experience in terms of Customer Service i.e. Continuous improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and Review merits of a claim
    • Acknowledge receipt of claim towards broker / direct client
    • Determine whether a third party or recovery and segment accordingly (Recovery / Liability)
    • Identify feasible recovery matters to be handed to recovery area and non feasible.
