    Group Accounting & Reporting Controller

    Responsible for all Decision Support and Control activities within Nestlé in the Market including production and distribution of timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis, ensuring functional leadership on controlling and coordination with business and co-pilots.

    A day in the life of...

    • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of Markets’ financial reporting of Sales and Actual P&L and Balance Sheet Reports in full compliance with IFRS, NAS, NIBS
    • Act as a central point of contact between the Business Units, Clusters, Market and the Centre in relation to Forecasting, Accounting & Reporting
    • Supporting Business units and functions in Monthly Business Planning Cycle (Dynamic Forecasting) and Atlas forecasting cycles.  Other ad hoc analysis as and when required
    • Ensuring seamless execution of annual Budget exercise by coordinating cross-functional collaboration. Provide support to business units, clusters and functions in consolidation and analysis.

    What will make you successful

    • Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g.: Sales, Factory or Supply Chain Controller)
    • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
    • Participation in Efficiency and Best Practice Projects
    • Proficiency in English

    Lead HRBP

    In this role you will be responsible for the people agenda in the factory and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people plan aligned with business agenda. You will be regarded by the function as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR and will represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific function. You will also be responsible to drive employee engagement and relations with key stakeholders (union reps, employee reps) with the support of the Employee Relations Team.

    A day in the life of a Lead HR Business Partner

    • Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees. Support the organizational short, and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. 
    • Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure of the function to drive superior performance (taking account of Nestlé principles, policies & local business context).  Ensure people issues are a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities.
    • Employee Engagement and Employee Relations is top of your agenda: Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices).

    • Ensure Performance and Talent Management at individual and team level, drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.  Lead talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle. Implement function succession planning and talent management plans that support business goals.

    What will make you successful

    • You must have a completed Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar.
    • You must have 5-7 years’ experience in a HR Management position.
    • You must have exposure to Core HR processes, e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing, Performance management.
    • Depth of Experience in Employee Relations
    • You must have experience in Coaching and Developing people.
    • You must have successful experience in the Implementation & Execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
    • You must have worked within a Matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
    • You must exemplify integrity which builds trust and practice high level of confidentiality
    • You must possess Emotional Intelligence to effectively coach through the awareness of others’ feelings, needs and concerns and reading a group's power/influence relationships
    • You must have Courage to constructively challenge at the highest levels
