    Performance Practitioner: Performance Consulting, Ref No. DOTP 84/2026

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Information Technology or related; A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network infrastructure  management or information technology; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B Degree or higher) in Human Resources or related; a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. A valid Code B driving licence or higher.

    Capacity Building Officer: Education and Cultural Affairs and Sports; Ref No. DOTP 82/2026

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-degree (equivalent or higher) in Human Resource Development (HRD)/ Education / Project Management.     DUTIES :

    • Project and activity management: Plan project activities and budgets, ensuring technical and functional standards are observed; Coordinate project resources to achieve timely delivery of milestones; Report on project progress and manage contracts, including financial control of outsourced project:
    • Training and Development: Design, develop and update ICT learning material and courses; Deliver training programmes and facilitate interventions by external providers; Evaluate and assess the impact of  training interventions for continuous improvement and training and application skills in digital technologies across basic skills, productivity tools, artificial intelligence across various delivery modalities including a learning management system;
