    Mr D - Finance Administrator

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Create and maintain business partner accounts
    • Reconciliations of business partner accounts 
    • Resolve business partner queries 
    • Preparation of statements and distribution thereof to business partners
    • Preparation of various billings and invoices to business partners
    • Assist with internal queries on business partners
    • Processing transactions on accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Maintaining the age-analyses on accounts payable and receivable
    • Following up with debtors regarding overdue accounts receivable
    • Processing of daily transactions 
    • Reconciliation of control accounts
    • Processing of daily refunds based on various payment methods
    • Assistance with creation and maintenance of coupons
    • Assistance with daily, weekly and monthly reporting
    • Responsible for daily bank uploads and bank reconciliations
    • Processing of overhead invoices and payments
    • Additional ad hoc duties, as required within the finance department

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensure that the department is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support the goals of the business
    • Implement improvement processes and maintain procedures and systems to minimise costs and maximise working capital

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Working closely with the Divisional Heads, Discovery Team and Marketing to measure and direct on-site traffic to feature categories and product ranges that ensures continuous visibility of all inventory classes, full margin products, seasonal and  trending products, mark downs and new launches in line with business objectives.
