Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Dentist with various tasks and dental procedures
• Working alongside the dentists during procedures
• Managing all Laboratory quotes and jobs
• Billing (and quotations) of Medical Aids as well as private clients
• Managing Elixir live System
• Performing ad hoc duties in the dental practice

Requirements:

• MUST have previous experience in a similar position
• Be able to work in a pressurized, fast paced environment
• Stay in the area

Requirements: 

• Previous medical Receptionist/Assistant background
• Computer literate  

General Duties:

• Water plants
• Ensure the kitchen and bathroom are clean
• Check power levels on the box once a week
• Send invoices to patients
• Forward histology reports and referrals
• Answer phone calls
• Respond to WhatsApp messages and emails
• Send daily totals to Susan
• File patient records
• Prepare tea for the doctor (Anike assists with this)
• Process Joice Loan calculations
• Manage orders
• Attach slips to relevant files
• Send a daily WhatsApp message with the patient schedule for the next day
• File additional documents
• Manage petty cash
• Report Red Box details
