    Requirements

    • Corporate Finance , Acquisitions and Fund Raising, listing of business in 2-3 years
    • Commercial projects strategic legal
    • Stakeholder and Investor relations management
    • Ensure all Corporate Governance and Regulatory requirements are met
    • You will work with a dynamic team of professionals to assist this high profile business reach its goals.
