    Development Writer

    Job description

    Requirements

    • Supporting the omnichannel organization with sophisticated analytics and reporting
    • and understanding the impact of our customer development efforts. Ensure channels
    • and campaigns are setup correctly for Analytics with the correct metrics and tools.
    • Drive the discipline of digital marketing analytics and data driven decision product
    • enhancements.
    • Responsible for the entire digital analytics lifecycle
    • Assist to design the right experiments to making sure we implement all findings and insights into day to day marketing decision making
    • Ownership of all analytics projects and programs
    • Enable marketing with audience targeting and marketing insights using predictive analytics, process automation and scalable technology
    • Take ownership of all datasets for measurement of marketing performance and reporting to crossfunctional partners
    • Create key reports and extract insights from analytics tools, data platforms, and internal databases; ensure reports have consistent data quality checks
    • Implementation of A/B tests metrics and other experimentation necessary to improve channel efficiency, drive growth, and inform marketing investment decisions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategy, standards, goals, and critical metrics throughout the entire marketing funnel
    • Execute customer behavior and campaign response reporting
    • Ensure consistency of implementation of analytics tools and metrics across all customer facing channels
    • Ensure a consistent and delightful customer experience across all digital touchpoints of the customer journey
    • Drive mobile digital engagement through eCommerce channels based on customer preference through data analytics
    • Provides strategic input to customer experience improvements that help drive customer acquisition, customer retention, and conversion
    • Creates insights to guide our strategy and product roadmap through understanding customer’s needs and behaviors, competition and emerging technologies
