    Recruitment and Onboarding Manager

    We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Manager for the Group head office. The role reports into the HR Operations Senior Manager. The main purpose of the role is to ensure strategic alignment of recruitment and onboarding activities with the group human resources strategies, policies, procedures and practices. The ideal candidate must have a passion for talent acquisition, with a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to deal with stakeholders at very senior levels within the organisation.

    Key objectives:

    • Manage the recruitment function locally as well as expatriate recruitment across 22 countries
    • Manage the onboarding activities of all new employees
    • Implement HR group policies and procedures
    • Align external and internal HR suppliers
    • Manage headcount targets
    • Implement and monitor Employment Equity targets
    • Management HR Information / data
    • Weekly reports to key internal stakeholders
    • Manage the recruitment team

    You must have the following:

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / HR / Behavioural Sciences

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR generalist function with 3 years' talent acquisition experience
    • 3 years' people management experience
    • 3 years in a telecommunication environment
    • Work experience in a multinational company
