Principle Accountabilities

Service Management:

• To manage Field Service Business so to meet user/business expectations and according to agreed requirements for business growth 
• Key methodologies include: 
• People management. 
• Scope Management. 
• Time Management. 
• Cost Management. 
• Quality Management. 
•  Communications Management 
•  Risk Management. 
•  Procurement Management. 
•  Contracts/ Subcontracts Management. 
•  Safety Management. 
•  Assist with Training requirements where applicable 
•  Digitisation Knowledge 

Capability

• To apply the Quality Management System. 
• To implement CPP Methodologies. 
• To contribute to ongoing process improvement. 
• To maintain General Management skills and knowledge in line with corporate direction and best practise. 

Communication and Reporting

• To develop communication plans for associated business requirements, including all communication within requirements and with key BU stakeholders. 
• To manage execution of service Business and maintain high levels of Skill set and maintain/improve knowledge requirements to sustain present and future business growth. 
• To communicate all proposed improvements and ensure implications of approved improvements to enhance business growth. 
• To conduct all communications in a professional manner to all BU stakeholders. 

Relationship Management

• To determine strong customer relations. 
• To assist Sales personnel and relative BU stakeholders for business growth and enhancements. 
•  To manage customer expectations and ensure high focus on Customer satisfaction. 
• To contribute to the development of case studies where required.. 

General/Administrative

To perform and manage teams administrative duties as related to the role including maintaining high efficiency levels. 

• People Management
• To maintain/ implement staff performance and development processes. 
• To plan and direct the activity of staff, maintain motivated team. 
• To provide advice and mentoring in areas of expertise. 
•  To conduct performance reviews of team members. 

General

• To ensure that all standard operating procedures are adhered to. 
• To ensure professional standards are maintained in all business situations. 

Management System

• To ensure that all developments with respect to the management system, as well as ensure respective staff apply the policies and procedures relevant to the position. 
• To communicate improvement possibilities with respect to the management system to the relevant process owner or directly to quality & customer satisfaction and participate in improvement initiatives. 

Education

Relevant Electrical Engineering Qualification Diplamo or degree in Electrical Engineering 

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Engineering role.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management.

Knowledge

Knowledge of Power, UPS & Cooling and associated technical information related to ITB Business products and solutions.

• PC Literacy (MS Office / Syspro / Autocad/SAP Basic).
