    Internal IT Specialist Recruiter (Corporate)

    Job description

    Great opportunity for a Professional IT Specialist Recruiter (with both agency and corporate experience) to join a team based at our client, a leading financial services provider on the West Rand (preferance will be given to candidates who are available immediately and flexible to travel if required).

    You will be tasked with end-to-end resourcing for specialist and management roles with a focus on IT, ensuring that resourcing is conducted to meet the talent sourcing requirements of the client.

    This role is paying R 400 000 to R 420 000 per annum

    Responsibilities:

    Strategy

    Clearly understand the business talent attraction and aligned resourcing strategy, with a focus on actual policies, processes and procedures, key role players and support services, and detail and implement tactics that will support the successful achievement of this strategy.

    Requirements

    • Support the Heads of HR and HR Business Partners by:
    • Supporting the full recruitment process from the briefing of service providers, to setting up appointments with candidates, liaising with external psychometrists to set up assessments, getting feedback from business and candidates, securing correct information in order to extend offers
    • Tracking all candidates and roles in process
    • Keeping process flows, project reports and status reports for assignments from beginning to completion; preparing reports and spreadsheets for resourcing reporting
    • Facilitating the completion of required Client recruitment authorisation documentation
    • Facilitating with relevant internal and external specialists the completion of documentation / information required to describe the role
    • Providing this information to internal and external service providers / recruitment providers and addressing queries when necessary and appropriate.
    • Facilitating the recruitment and selection process, adhering to required processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and mitigating all risks (ITC checks are done, confirmation of package, qualifications etc.)
    • Facilitating and managing the offer process with candidates, in consultation with the Remuneration Consultant, HR Business Partner and Line Manager, in order to ensure that the Employee Value Proposition is well presented to secure offers of employment with talented and skilled candidates
    • Ensuring that all communication processes with relevant individuals are implemented and adhered to, particularly those that affect the candidate
    • Facilitating the “on-boarding” of the selected candidate and ensuring proper handover of this process to the relevant line manager / HR Business Partner

    Relationships

    • Partner with the HR Business Partner, relevant business stakeholders as well as external service providers to provide a value adding resourcing service
    • Initiate and maintain solid, credible working relationships with interdependent divisions across HR and Client business e.g. International Assignments, Benefits and Remuneration, ER, Regional HR Directors and in-country HR stakeholders
    • Ensure that they use and implement the established communication and information sharing channels required by the client
