Continuous Improvement Manager at Reckitt Benckiser (RB)

Job description

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Continuous Improvement team.

This role is responsible for managing and implementing the site's CI strategy by working with direct operational teams to enable the achievement of our manufacturing initiatives and reducing all types of waste. In this role you will be a key interface between operational and maintenance teams to identify and eliminate process issues with corrective action embedded into the SOP’s and maintenance strategy. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team, you will develop a culture of continuous improvement across the facility and drive a culture of process improvements you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities to create an improvement culture across the business.

• Educated to a high standard with successful technical and continuous improvement experience gained in FMCG or Pharmaceutical.
