Job description
The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of project to new and existing clients from inception, development (system configuration and customised programming), through to implementation. Attending to client queries and support, problem solving, system analysis and minor development/configuration work.

Main areas of responsibility

• Managing of projects from start to finish, as well as deliverables by other parties;
• Conducting scoping sessions in order to determine implementation requirements;
• Documenting of requirements and the proposed solution;
• Assisting with business process analysis and building;
• Writing development & technical specification documents;
• System configuration according to the scoped requirements,
• Building of processes including the writing of code in the below mentioned languages
• Creation of HTML documents and sub-routine reports,
• Analysing system requirements relating to client’s requests;
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing & User Training;
• Assisting clients during implementation phase; and
• Assisting clients with business and system support issues;
• Responding to client queries and support calls;
• Attending meetings with clients and Xpertek management;
• Investigating, analysing and resolving issues professionally and timeously
• Escalating issues that cannot be resolved or where assistance is required
• Ensuring that all work delivered is clearly communicated, resolved, billed and of a high standard
• Any reasonable duties as requested by the Project Manager.
• The incumbent will be required to undertake any reasonable duties as requested by the Business Unit Manager.
