    Head Of Operations

    Job description

    • Degree and min 10 years FMCG operational experience with supply chain complexity
    • Hands on management of complex manufacturing environment
    • General management of team of Supply Chain functions
    • Analysis and problem solving of day to day issues
    • Tactical and operational mindset displayed in previous roles
    • Mentoring of management of staff to develop capability
    • Understanding and oversight of planning function
    • Must be available for after hours consulting - factory runs 24/7
