    Human Resource Executive

    Job description

    Summary of the Position:

    • To provide Human Resource Management thought leadership to the Institution
    • Responsible for Human Resources strategy and execution
    • Executes and follows-up on engagement survey related activities.
    • Champions and builds the talent management processes in support of the Institution’s business strategy
    • Translates business priorities into the Human Resources strategies, plans and actions.
    • Serves as key change manager for initiatives that have high employee impact.
    • Works closely with and provides coaching services to the executive team to ensure alignment with the overall mission and strategy.
    • Work with the CEO to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the Institution and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
    • Remains current and knowledgeable in the internal and external compensation policies and practices, and working conditions in competitive environments.
    • Champions the communication and proper use of total compensation systems, tools, programs, policies, etc.
    • Creates and implements total compensation management packages/offers, particularly recognition and incentive programs.
    • Leads and drives the talent management processes in the Institution.
    • Leads and drives the performance management process.
    • Creates a sound employment relations environment within the Institution,
    • Organizes, maintains and updates employee HRIS as needed.
    • Prepares the annual department budget for approval.
    • Supports the CE in managing the risks within the Institution through identification, reporting and developing plans to mitigate such and ensure sustainability

    Minimum Requirements

    • Master’s degree in HR Field
    • 8 years’ working experience in human resources management
    • 3. 5 years’ experience in management
    • Organisational Development experience
